Hotel is average and in a good location. Restaurants and stores near by. Bed was comfortable and room was basically clean other than some dust on the walls. Easy to unload your car if on the first floor. Price is inexpensive and includes breakfast but I suggest skipping their breakfast and going somewhere else. Otherwise it served it's purpose.

Sure, it's cheap but it is very run down, and I'm not picky when it comes to hotels. The bathroom door didn't shut, the bathtub was gross and our room backed up to a bar. I definitely wouldn't stay here again, I would pay a little extra and have a nicer place to stay.

We stayed one night for parents weekend at Ohio state , it was clean enough bed was comfortable great price! It doesn't look too hot when you pull up but it really was fine and I'm very picky 😀 it's located right on High street near downtown so access to everything in Cbus

German Village is not all that promising when you pull up -- a courtyard (parking lot) motel with exterior wallkways that's not quite classic or vintage, but still a good distance from contemporary. But it's perfectly fine -- rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable. Mine was very clean and well kept -- no tears or scuffs, although the 1980s knocked...

So when I looked at the ratings for this place on here I just thought I'll just take the plunge because of the price point. Well I don't think I'll go back if I visit Columbus again. When checking in they are behind glass and you have to slid your cards under the glass. Going into the room it looked...

The "3" ratiing is for price/location. Our first floor reservation was honored. Our room was clean. Grounds were well kept. Desk clerk was friendly. On the negative side: Table lamp shade was torn. Bed skirt on one bed was torn. Shower curtain was sour smelling. "Continental" breakfast was as minimal as it gets--coffee and cheap packaged pastries. Clerk chose to...

This inn has a great location if you're looking to spend some time in the lovely German Village area of Columbus. Well within walking distance to the beautiful Schiller Park and cute little shops and restaurants of the area, located at the edge of this quaint residential section, surrounded by many cute houses. The staff is very eager to please,...

I stayed there with three other people. Even with advance reservations, they had all of us (all women) separated in different parts of the motel. When we walked into what passed as the lobby, I was concerned that the clerk was behind what seemed like bullet proof glass and we had to slide our payment through a small tray at...

This motel was easy to find and had a great price (booked on line). It was clean, the rooms were very good. The lobby needed updating. The staff, on a range from 1 to 10 was a 10. Very accommodating. Checked in to see if we needed anything. The continental breakfast was sparse and the lobby had only 2 tables...

This is a very well priced hotel if you need to stay one or two nights near downtown Columbus. Room had clearly just been updated with new carpet, paint, and furniture. Extremely nice room for the price! Yes free parking and breakfast was usual affair. Only mild complaint was the room had just been cleaned and had very strong citrus...
