Valet parking here works well & Reggie in particular is a rock star at it in this city that is the home of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, which is in easy walking distance of this hotel. Look him up & give him an extra tip when you're there. Even though he has some physical disabilities, he never complains & does his job very well. The hotel overall is very well taken care of. The maid service on the 5th floor where we stayed was also excellent. The city is very walkable. We attended the Old Stone Church on Sunday, went to the Hall of Fame, explored the waterfront, went to an Indians game, & enjoyed visiting Heinen's grocery & seeing other sites around town. Very close to Jack's Casino & Browns Stadium & Cavaliers Arena, in addition to the baseball stadium. Would stay there again for sure. Staff is very friendly & helpful overall. Only thing that needs to be done is expansion of the buffet menus in the morning & at night. Need bacon for breakfast in addition to sausage, & need a different menu every night for those who stay longer than just a weekend. Too much grilled chicken & not enough burgers & other choices in the evening. That is across the board for Drury. We like Drury in general due to the fact that the morning & evening meals are included in your stay, & since that is a huge draw for us, the company needs to have a different menu each evening, rather than repeating the same thing twice or 3 times in a week. We stayed there 2 weeks, since my Mom was being treated at Cleveland Clinic, a world-class medical facility.

Hotel's Favorite
The chain has led the industry in placing top-notch hotels in historic buildings across the US. This hotel is another fine example of what they do best. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The food far surpasses standard hotel fare with plenty of food and drink served free of charge at both breakfast and the evening "kick backs" from 5:30 - 7:00PM each evening. In these trying covid times, we have never felt so safe. Social distancing and masks are required and both staff and clientele are respectful of important safety precautions. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cleveland.

I would give a 5.0 but it was just a little loud since we were on the 2nd floor and right over the lobby. Guests checking in were very loud and it carried up stairs. The building is beautiful and staff is exceptionally polite. Felt very safe with safety measures. Very clean. Easy walk to everything. The bonus of breakfast and dinner and drinks was great!

My husband and I drove in for a weekend stay in downtown Cleveland with a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. When my brother and his wife decided to join us last minute we were able to share our spacious room with them. We took advantage of the free "kick backs" happy hour drinks and food. After a good night's sleep we enjoyed a buffet style hot breakfast with lots of choices. The hotel is perfectly located to walk all over the downtown lakefront area to restaurants, bars and attractions. When we got home my husband realized he left his CPAP machine in it's case in the hotel lobby. One phone call was all it took to have it mailed to our home in Iowa. Thank you to the wonderful people working at the downtown Drury Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio!

Hard to believe a hotel like this, with classic architecture, high-ceilinged rooms, expansive manicured lawns, and down-to-earth, friendly staff still exists in downtown Cleveland. And dog-friendly. Many family groups there, maybe because the hotel is (too) reasonably priced, high value, and spacious.
