We came in town for the Machine Gun Kelly Concert for a one-night stay and we loved this hotel. We particularly LOVED Kelvin at the front desk! He was so very kind and attentive and helped us with everything from getting a lower floor to accommodating a late check out. We will absolutely visit the hotel again, in large part due to Kelvin's incredible hospitality. Thanks for a wonderful stay -- we loved it!

Came to the Westin because we were going to the RRHOF induction ceremony. I always loved Westin’s but this one was definitely not the same caliber as the ones I’ve stayed at before. My room was basic, tried to upgrade but nothing was available. So, my room at best was tolerable. I’ve been to Cleveland once before, and I stayed at the Metropolitan 9. I wish I stayed there again, it was def nicer and the location was better. The Westin Kitchen (the old Urban Farmer, was nice to have in the hotel, but it wasn’t always open). So you mostly had to go outside to the surrounding area to eat. This is where I didn’t like the location. Most places were not close by, took a little bit of walking, in a city which I soon learned was not safe. On Sunday oct 31, my husband and I were walking back from dinner at around 8:30 pm, we wanted to go to the Westin Kitchen but for some reason it was closed so we walked to the restaurant at the Metropolitan 9 which was open. Well, walking back, there was a party letting out at the Sausalito Restaurant ( I think that was the name), which is one block from the hotel. We were walking passed it when 5 gun shots rang out, and everyone started screaming including me, and running for cover. My husband and I ran down an alley accompanied by most of the young people who were at the party. We finally made our way around the block and back into the lobby of our hotel. Thank God. Seriously disturbing stuff. I live and worked in Manhattan for years and never dealt with anything like this. The streets of Cleveland are pretty empty, and you don’t feel that safe walking, but I’m a city girl and I really never thought anything of it, it was 8:30 not 2 in the morning. I will never visit Cleveland again. Why come to a city if you have to Uber 4 blocks away because it’s just not safe? I googled today what happened and the gunfire wasn’t everyone’s imagination, it happened and I’ll never forget it. So to the Westin, you leave me with no fond memories! Good riddance Cleveland.

The hotel was very clean and the entire staff was extremely friendly. One concierge in particular, Kelvin J., who went out of his way to ensure we were finding what we needed while in the city on numerous occasions! If you stay there, make sure you find him for any assistance. The hotel is a short walk to the train station, FirstEnergy Stadium and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I will stay here again for our next football trip.

Amazing service! Great stay with great people. Right off the bat Kelvin was there to take care of us. Anything you needed or any questions you had, he was there to serve you, look after you, and had your best interest in mind! If you're ever staying here, just ask the front desk for Kelvin. He's your man!

We were guests at this facility for the wedding of our daughter. Our stay was from a Friday afternoon thru early Sunday afternoon. Our first interface was with the bellman, Bobby, who I feel is your most important staff member, as he creates the first as well as last impression of your facility. If he treats every guest in the manner he treated us, you folks are truely blessed to have him in this position. The food during the cocktail hour, the dinner reception as well as the Sunday morning brunch were all excellent and beautifully presented. There was not one single person we interfaced with that created any issues that left me with a negative impression. Not one person in our party of approximately 175 had any issues with the reception or the rooms. Many made comments that this rated right up at the top of 'Best Weddings Ever Attended". Erica was a joy to interface with. Everyone commented about the excellent staff and the room views, be they from the city side or the lake side. Each and everyone on your staff truely cares about the guest experience. I have no reservations about recommending your facility to anyone looking for a wedding venue in downtown Cleveland. Thank you.
