Giving the hotel the benefit of the typically great reviews with a 4 star rating, based on the quick reaction time and understanding of the General Manager. I just had a one-night stopover here received a nice room facing the lake... I called down to the service number on the phone and nobody answered after a dozen or so rings... Tried again in 15 minutes and same result... Figuring they were busy, I used the app to let them know the issue and then went to dinner... The app responded that they are sorry for the delay and somebody would get back to me... Never happened and never got fixed... I assume this is a one off service day, but I was surprise nobody ever replied... Next day up and ready to go... Maybe a short staff issue, but we waited another little bit and left needing to get on the road... A hotel restaurant that is not open by 7:15AM on a Friday is not a great start... We stopped for breakfast later and I wrote a quick note to Steve, the GM, and was very happy with a quick reply, an apology and a sincere feeling we had not received the service expected... Due to his perfect response I'd still recommend giving this place another try...

What a stellar performance the ballet team is awesome Q and his team jvon and von was amazing respectful Outstanding customer service q handle his team well, and they are so respectful I like the fact that q always tell his guys good job what a very supportive supervisor q told are family pro park. Motto is the customer is first we will interact with the customer first and we will interact with the customer when I leave... Thank you for giving us phenomenal service...

She kindly and graciously reviewed our options, got us rebooked and honored the original booking price... Throughout the weekend, she helped with other customer-related issues, all with professionalism and a genuinely kind attitude... I called the Westin to rectify the issue and Neiza answered the phone... Knowing our situation well, she picked right back up, offering tremendous customer service, refunding us for one night of the botched reservation...

A great stay starts even before you arrive. The General Manager reached out to me before I arrived, and Neiza at the front desk graciously took care of some special requests... Close to all everything without all the noise and congestion... Some rooms even have lake front views... Valet parking was efficient and well staffed... Rooms are classic upscale Westin...

I can only say, it is a Westin, so everything is beyond perfection: our king suite was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view over the City Hall and the Lake, the beds and pillows were “heavenly”, the staff was ready to help and we had our demands satisfied at the minute. The location is perfect to walk to The Hall of Fame or the city center... I specially loved the tiled wall in the shower...
