I was quite reluctant to stay at this Ritz-Carlton after my previous experience. However, this time my stay could not have been more exceptional. I reached out to the hotel via the mobile app. Jason then called me to coordinate and orchestrate my arrival. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The valets were warm and friendly. I received a most gracious welcome and was actually escorted to my room. The room was exquisite with an array of lighting options along with motorized window treatments. The bed was supremely comfortable and even though I travel with my own Molton Brown bath products I did appreciate their Asprey shampoo and conditioner. I had dinner in the restaurant, Mary and Marilyn were wonderful. They were attentive and outgoing. The club lounge is worth the added expense, the food presentations are unique and delicious. Yet the real star is Shawn. He is an amazing host, so smart and incredibly kind. Everything about this hotel was exquisite. After this experience, I will now add the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland to my “must stay list” I highly recommend this exceptional property.

Great location a couple blocks to baseball stadium & basketball arena. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and football stadium ~1 mile walk. In Tower City which has light rail from airport. In room espresso machine, large in room safe, robes iron & board, body lotion, mouthwash, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, make up remover and cotton swabs. Shower but no bath. Rare hotel bathroom with plenty of shower hooks and towel bars, heated in shower mirror. Lots of plugs and USB outlets in room. Quiet rooms on side equal facing other building (i.e. not Street). Coffee pot In the lobby.

My wife and I took our first major trip to Cleveland to take in the city and had a great stay at the Ritz-Carlton. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so they took care of our luggage and we headed out to do some exploring. We got back by the proper check-in time but our room still wasn't ready but they were able to get us another room right away and we got settled in. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The minibar wasn't in use and so the fridge was great for us to use to store sodas and some leftovers. The bathroom had a huge shower, dual sinks, etc. One of the best facets of the hotel is that we were able to get to everything so conveniently. The hotel is connected to an atrium with an indoor walkway to the Rocket Mortgage Field House, plus it also connects to the major subway lines so you never have to go outside. It's s stones throw away from the Casino and easy walking distance the the major restaurants, Playhouse Square, Public Square, and even the Rock Hall is doable on a nice day, but since Cleveland has a free trolley that is convenient you can just hop on that. Overall a great stay.
