We stayed here during spring break and visited several places in the area. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. Lots of good eats and shopping within walking distance. And if you are going to the Q you don't even have to walk outside. Insist on an inside room. We had a nice large double queen room located on...

I've lived in this city all my life and finally had a reason to stay at this hotel. Rooms are small because of the age of the hotel but still comfortable. Rooms are a little noisy, especially if have an adjoining door. The bathroom, however, was way too small -- two people couldn't get ready in there if necessary (ie...

Stayed here for a guys weekend recently. Hotel is centrally located, connecting to the Casino and Ritz. It is a short walk to the Q and Lake front. The hotel staff upgraded us to a wonderful suite with our status. Great hotel, recommended.

Great one night stay with dear friends from NYC for the Bon Jovi concert on a Sunday evening. Overall experience is always great with the best location to walk everywhere. The front desk was super welcoming, very clean rooms and updated bathrooms with ample space. However I must mention the IMPRESSIVE SERVICE from their Concierge, MATHEW CAINE. It does not...

People who give this hotel good reviews must not frequent hotels...Marriott should be ashamed. After an hour to check in (one person working, without apology, at a leisurely pace) and over an hour wait for food at their restaurant (this poor supervisor was clearly upset that he couldn't do more to help us), it was to our room. Dirty carpet,...

Dear PittsfordNY14534, We certainly dropped the ball during your stay and are very sorry. We felt prepared going into a busy St. Patrick's Day holiday weekend with a large convention in-house and while we tried to provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience were not 100% successful. Again, we apologize. We appreciate that you noticed our attempts and...

We stayed just for one night to explore the downtown. The hotel had the history we were looking for with a large clean comfortable room with a great view. We wish we would have planned for more than one night.

Hotel was very nice looking. Rooms were very nice. Clean and all that other good stuff. Service, not so good. This place looks like something fancy, but the staff seems to be lost. We tried to check into 2 hotel rooms for a business account, and they double authorized 2 cards, and put our employees in the room for the...

So I have been to this archaic dark hotel a couples ones in the past and ALWAYS for dance competitions. The doorman is so amazing, he used to be a news caster as well as in radio so he has this deep mahogany smooth sound that you want to listen to him assist you ever so politely! The entrance is...

The hotel is great. but the bar not. The food was ok, the drinks were not! Watered down almost no flavor cocktails and the Moscow mules in regular cups, not the special mules mugs!! For a bar in such a great hotel it was a disappointment. The service was b a d. They took so long to serve a cup...

Dear Disappointing, We have a really cool bar in an amazing location, but it really matters most that the service and beverages are outstanding. We do not know what happened during your visit, but we can tell you that it was not up to our standards. We are very sorry. We have added a few new staff members to our...

Had a suite on 9th floor overlooking Public Square. Very nice large living area with two comfortable chairs and a large pull out sofa. The dining area was large enough for dinner with 6-8 people. had a wet bar and lovely Chandelier. The bedroom was also nice size, although the bed was comfortable I could tell the mattress would soon...
