What a cool building. This reminds me of something you would see in a movie. The rooms doors all open to the large lobby/arcade/atrium and is decorated with really cool string lights. Thought the room might be a little noisy with the big atrium, but not the case. The room was very clean. Staff very helpful. Good location. Convenient to...

The Hyatt Regency in Downtown Cleveland is inside an 1890s shopping arcade, a stunning building, and provides comfortable modern amenities inside the historic space. Close to sports stadiums, bars and restaurants and in the quickly rebuilding Cleveland Downtown area, the area has gpfantastic character. The food and bars at the hotel itself were run if the mill, but the staff...

My wife and I booked our first stay here 5-6 years ago because of the building's incredible architecture. Since then, we have returned a few times each year, and this past weekend it was to celebrate her birthday. We emailed a few questions prior to arrival, and the front office responded quickly and thoroughly. Checkin was completed by Angel who...

We spent Thanksgiving in this hotel and it was a great visit. The old Arcade is absolutely gorgeous. Due to the holiday the hotel and Arcade were very quiet, but the hotel is across the street from the best night life in Downtown Cleveland. We used kiosk check in but it assigned us a crap room next to the loud...

Take a trip back into the 1890's and see through the eyes of John D. Rockefeller, as he experienced his dream: a creation known as the "Crystal Palace" of Cleveland. The historical arcade has a 300 foot glass atrium reaching a height of 100 feet above the ground floor. It was the first shopping mall built in the United States...

My husband and I visited Cleveland on Nov. 19 for our anniversary. We stayed at the Hyatt. The hotel is spectacular--especially when decorated for Christmas, like it is now. The architecture is amazing. The location is perfect--within steps of Fourth Street, where a huge array of restaurants awaits. Best of all--the service really stood out. We asked to move rooms...

Overall, the rooms in this hotel are worn out and in need of a refresh. The arcade area itself is cool from an architectural standpoint. But the rooms are very oddly laid out - likely due to the building being repurposed. My room was filthy - dust everywhere it was as though the room had not been stayed in for...

Love this hotel! Beautifully decorated. The Arcade is a shopping/dining center with a few levels. Really neat inside! The staff was helpful. No issues with our room. We got a King City View Room. View was of the House of Blues & the Corner Alley. It was a nice view. Room was clean. Bed was good, but the pillows I...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt for her birthday. It's in a perfect location in the middle of downtown and easily accessed from the highway. The hotel features the beautiful historic arcade right through its center. We made a note of my wife's birthday in our reservation and were treated to the most amazing room!!! The Rock...

The hotel centrally located close to the Indians Stadium and close to the convention center. I love the old building and the rooms were clean and fresh looking. We also had a nice view of the city streets. The staff was pleasant. The parking garage is not attached to the hotel. So we had to walk outside to get from...
