The arcades was such an awesome place to stay!! I came in late and the shops were closed, however even empty this place is beautiful!. The detail and character of this nodding were nothing short of amazing! Within walking distance of Progressive field, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Lake Erie and the science museum.

Great hotel! Check in was about an hour late, but then they comped our breakfast for in inconvenience! Have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience! Staff are very helpful and friendly!

Loved the Hyatt regency for many reasons - great staff, clean and comfortable, within walking distance of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the waterfront (Tall Ships), Playhouse Square and many restaurants. We'd definitely stay here on our next visit to Cleveland.

The hotel is located in a stunning historical building called the Arcade. The rooms were very clean and exceptionality quiet. It is in walking distance to many restaurants. You can also walk to the baseball park, football stadium, and basketball arena. It was one of the best deals we found for a stay in downtown Cleveland.

Cleveland hotels (downtown) are fairly uncommon and uncommonly expensive--all of them. The Hyatt Regency at The Arcade sounds fancy and looks nice online, but the guest experience was sorely lacking: * Check-in was efficient once I finally found the lobby (entered @ street level, take elevator up, eventually locate front desk. I was given an "upgrade" to a King bed and sauntered to an elevator and down a very long hallway with terrible signage to a room. * My room--DID NOT HAVE A DESK! Rather, it had a settee and an oblong coffee table--maybe a little higher, but not anything remotely approximating a desk. So I had to go back to the FRONT desk to get a room with a WORK desk. Ridiculous. Now in my 2nd room, down another very long hallway, I faced a giant concrete wall, an odd assortment of furniture (settee and table too, albeit with a desk now. The bed and bath were fine, but it was an overall disappointment. Oh...and about that desk...it worked, but the chair was more of a sitting chair, not at all a desk chair, much less an ergonomic one. The setting...could've been great. It's in a giant enclosed mall of sorts (the Arcade) that creates a huge atrium. But like the rest of Cleveland, the Arcade is dank and depressing. Breakfast...wasn't included even though I'm a Discoverist (low level, but still it should be gratis) and wasn't good. Club lounge--dream on, sucka. All in all, the hotel was a giant disappointment and pales in comparison to the nearby (and also not great, but markedly better) Kimpton property a few blocks away.
