Haven't had customer service like this in a while. First they call me the day before, see if there's anything I need. Crib and microwave? Sure! It's there. Check in was very nice. $42 overnight parking too much for me. There's a lot 1-2 blocks away. Much better option. The rooms were funky, cool and clean. The vault bar was pricey but VERY COOL. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was actually very good coffee. Good for a snob like me. Gym was great, new machines and clean equipment. Friendly front desk. I asked for late Check out, got it. Just overall was really thrilled with the stay.

This hotel gets very good reviews and I was excited to stay here. I want to point out first the hotel staff was great, very friendly and accommodating, which is why the hotel is a 3 and not a 2. First the hotel and rooms are very drab and dark, it's just not welcoming and extremely masculine. I thought it was ok, my wife hated it include the men's neck tie do not disturb sign. The amenities in the room are few, there is no coffee maker, no microwave and you have to request a refrigerator - It's 2020 not 1990 these are basics in a hotel room. The bar was closed only the rooftop was open (it was raining although there is covered seating). There is not a pool as well. In all reality it just didn't do it for me but it could be personal preference.

Very elegant urban luxury hotel... good food. Even during pandemic I thought the cleaning standards were very good. Excellent food, although The Vault was closed due to COVID-19. Guest service was fast, efficient, courteous and professional! I will return!

No matter who you are, or what you enjoy, there is something to exceed your expectations at the 9. My girlfriend called this home for a quick getaway and the staff and amenities made it hard to leave. Teddy and the front desk staff brought our bags to our rooms while we explored downtown. Chef Natalie and her amazing team prepared us a dinner that was second to none in the city. Brian at Azure made sure we had a great time as well. After all of that - LoLo was there to help us unwind with a top notch massage. There is no better place to stay in Cleveland.

From Valet to Sunday Brunch we had a sensational experience! We started with cocktails on the RoofTop deck and loved the floral backdrop for pictures! Our server for dinner, William was very knowledgeable about wine pairings for our meal! The seafood pasta was divine! The room was elegant and comfortable! Brunch! The homemade cinnamon roll was yummy! The Shrimp and Polenta...divine! Can’t wait to return! Great service! 5-star!
