Front Desk very friendly and accommodating. Purchased valet parking for $25+ dollars. Complimentary breakfast was full service and not too bad. Our room was clean, (hardwood floors) and had a great view of downtown. We were attending the Cavaliers game and had an easy walk of about 5 minutes. We loved the downtown atmosphere, restaurants, bars and shops and the... More

So this hotel isn't all it's cracked up to be, I read some reviews before I booked this hotel and I can't really say they were misleading, but we just had a bad experience. The best part of the hotel was the staff, they were wonderful, very nice, professional, and accommodating, hats off to them, and thank you. Now as... More

We enjoyed a one night stay here for a concert at the House of Blues. The location is perfect; easily walkable to many restaurants and event venues. Our room was on the 13 floor and overlooked Playhouse Square, we had a lovely view of the chandelier. The rooms are spacious with huge windows. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was... More

We've stayed here before and this is our go-to place when the Steelers play in Cleveland. Spacious room and clean hardwood floors, it's close to the restaurant our son works, plus they've stepped up their breakfast game. Even more convenient to the Q and Progressive Field. Highly recommended.

Hotel not a year old yet. Staff great help, room very clean. Restaurant in hotel, food not too bad. Not a great selection. Bring your own snacks. Will stay here on next visit to Cleveland. Great for Cleveland Clinic patients. Valet parking for $18 a day and shuttles take you to all the clinic locations. No need to drive.

NOT A SAFE HOTEL!!!!! There was a mixup with my reservation. I was supposed to have a two night stay but was checked out after the first night. When I return the second evening to the hotel there was someone else in my room. My items had been packed up and put behind the desk. The general manager told me... More

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for the World Series. Getting to the hotel from the airport was super easy. I got in late at night but there was someone at the front desk and it was fast and painless. Their morning breakfast is great and they even have happy hour every night. And the location is perfect.

Good price, good rooms, helpful staff (for a late night snack, they gave some great recommendations that delivered). Hallways smelled funny, otherwise a 5 star would have been in order! I had no real issues, though.

Went with another couple to watch a cleveland/jays game. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they took our luggage and showed us where the bar was. We had a drink and they came and found us to let us know that the room was ready now. The staff and service was excellent all weekend. This place is very... More
