Lovely B&B in downtown Cleveland, central to everything! Robin was a gracious and helpful host, and the quaint, historic feel of the inn makes for a great stay for the weekend or a longer stay. Due to the building's age, the inn is not very handicap-accessible, which was not an issue for me. I believe Robin would have been upfront...

We cannot thank the Innkeeper enough for such a wonderful experience in such a perfectly wonderful period house. Robin was there to attend to our every need. He made us feel like movie stars. We felt like Audrey Hepburn coming and going into glamorous, cosmopolitan, yet comfortable, warm and casual surroundings at the Brownstone Inn. No detail was left unattended,...

A group of four stayed at the Brownstone Inn Downtown while visiting Cleveland for a long weekend. Although the reviews here were fantastic, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The accomodations were fantastic. We were given the entire 3rd floor to ourselves, which included one double room, two single rooms and two bathrrooms, as well as...

We stayed at the Brownstone for a few nights during our first visit to Cleveland. The area immediately surrounding the B&B isn't much to look at, but it's easy to get from there to all the great spots in Cleveland. Freeways are just a few minutes away and the proprietor, Robin, is a fountain of information. He's our favorite kind...

I wasn't sure what to expect on this one, I've come to trust TripAdvisor but the reviews seemed almost too good to be true. What we found was a charmingly historic brownstone with all the elegance promised and more. Rich with antique furnishings and the necessary comforts of today, we loved our short two day stay at Robin's sanctuary. Speaking...

My wife and our friends stayed at the Brownstone Inn's detached cottage on the West Side of Cleveland for a long weekend, and felt the same welcoming spirit and hospitality as though we stayed at the Brownstone Inn. When we arrived at the cottage, the lights were on, music was playing, and wine had been left for our enjoyment. The...

We found Robin Yates and his Brownstone Inn Downtown to be perfectly charming and hospitable. Robin is a generous fountain of knowledge when it comes to his adopted hometown of Cleveland, OH. He's full of great suggestions and fabulous stories when prompted. We found his company to be warm and absolutely delightful. The inn is a treasure trove of interesting...

Robin Yates has created a real gem of an inn with the Brownstone in Cleveland. Read through the many other reviews and you will get an idea of all its unique advantages. The house, which Robin has saved and magnificently restored will remind you of a classic brownstone on Washington Square in New York City or one of many that...

There is no missing the inn from the street with it's distinctively blue door. The Brownstone Inn is simply the place to be when staying in Cleveland. It's charm and comfort coupled with it's exquisite privacy, and a simply splendid breakfast which is a treat each morning was made to order. I had the delight and pleasure of spending four...

“I liked the room I had on the 2nd floor in the back. The bathroom is right outside the door which was fine for me...not many people in New York City have a bathroom in their bedroom. It was a private bath three steps away.”

“I think all the rooms are good but if you are fussy and need to have your own bathroom then you need one of the rooms at the front of the house”

“Depends on your budget. This place is so reasonably priced if you can afford it, go for the big room with the ensuite. It is palatial!”
