My two adult daughters and I decided to spend spring break in Cleveland (we live in three different states). We looked for a B&B which could accommodate the three of us and found Riverside. So glad! The house is a charming historic home with modern comforts. I was especially impressed that the three of us each had our own area in the room for suitcases and that there were plenty of shelves and hooks to put stuff. Location was perfect; close to airport and an easy drive to Cleveland. Last, but NOT least, Catherine was the perfect hostess! We were there for four nights and the breakfasts were a great way to start the days, all delicious and Catherine's smiling face. Definitely recommend!

Best of the Best B&B! A Beautiful home with immaculate grounds. The attention to detail and care throughout the home is what makes Riverside Gables exceptional. Breakfast served each day was fabulous. I cannot say enough kind words about Catherine the host. Walking distance to parks & shops. A home away from home.

From my first phone call to Riverside Gables, Catherine warmly welcomed me and I looked no further for our girls get-away lodging. She was eager to advise about what the area offers including the Grand Pacific Junction, antique shops, restaurants, garden centers, etc. She anticipated our needs and far-exceeded our expectations. Our room was absolutely charming and breakfast was exquisite. The B&B is truly Victorian, inside and out, beautifully and historically designed and decorated, providing several relaxing and private seating vignettes. We totally enjoyed our stay. It is obvious that Catherine is gifted in hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, Catherine made us feel welcome. The house and room were beautiful. We made good use of the upstairs food area, enjoying evening tea and biscotti. We slept well. Breakfast was delightful and delicious.

We found Riverside Gables B&B to be one of the most perfect, and perhaps the most perfect, B&B we have ever visited, and we routinely stay in B&Bs. The property is immaculate, and the owners' attention to detail is beyond exceptional. We were treated with great courtesy and consideration from the time we first knocked on the day until the moment we left. Our room was peaceful, comfortable, and left nothing to be desired. The breakfast was elaborate, delicious, and one of our favorite parts of our visit. The house itself is a unique historic property. The owners clearly think of themselves as not just owners, but also as custodians of a remarkable piece of history.

This is a great B&B, with gracious hosts and a beautiful house and grounds. The food was delightful and the whole experience left us wanting to return as soon as possible! We met another couple there who travel from Florida to visit their son in college and always stay at Riverside Gables. We can certainly see why!

We were in Cleveland for a wedding in June, 2021. Did not want to stay in a large downtown hotel because of the pandemic. We opted for a B&B and found Riverside Gables in Berea. Beautiful home and lovely yard on a quiet street. Owner was very welcoming and friendly. Covid protocalls were in place. We had a delicious breakfast in a small, private dining space. Would definitely stay here again.
