Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Girl at the front desk seemed pretty unfriendly, which I don’t care about but some people may not like it. The room and halls were extremely warm despite having ac set to 65. We went to bar/restaurant for drinks and dinner. They were out of many items both in bar and restaurant. Service was ok. I felt bad when the server had to keep telling us they were out of items. Menu in restaurant is weak to begin with. When you are out of half the items it doesn’t help. Checked out and needed a receipt. I think I may have woken up the front desk night clerk. This place has potential if they work on a few things.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. We stayed 3 nights and will stay there again. One evening we walked into the lobby from outside and Jill and Sarah greeted us by saying....hello we have been waiting for you! Oh my gosh what a wonderful greeting. The staff is outstanding. Was checked in by Sarah and four days later I called the hotel, she answered, I said my name and she remembered me. That was important to me. I hope they keep her she is an asset.

Sure this is a nice hotel, but they run their operation like a fraud. They charged me for 2 nights on my card for only a 1 night stay. And then claimed after I left and was driving home I called back and asked to stay another night. However they couldn't tell me what number called or the information given for this so called second night reservation. I never called them and asked for a 2nd night after I had left and checked out. They can't provide any proof of the call so now they won't give me my money back. Don't stay here unless you want to be ripped off.

Comfortable stay once again. The elevator was down, still, but I just so happened to be there when the incident took place with the outside contractor hiccup, amazing they're getting it back so soon. The Front Desk Manager informed me that the pools will be open around the 1st of April but they were still able to offer pool times at the massive rough riders center for all the kids competing in the weekend tournament. They hosted a movie night for the kids on Saturday night which was very thoughtful. When visiting Watford City for work or for the kids, Teddy's is where I will stay!

By far the WORST food in watford city! It is nothing like it was when it opened. I ordered prime rib special rare with baked potato loaded and Caesar salad. Salad came out and before I was done trying to get pepper out of their $.50 pepper mills my prime rib dinner was on my table. I asked if they had a different pepper shaker and the waitress decided it was necessary to show me how a pepper mill worked, really? She could not get any pepper out either and said they didn't have regular pepper. I should have taken a picture of the dinner plate, the prime rib and potatoe looked as unappealing as a bowl of pedigree dog food. The meat was cold, au jus cold, potatoe would not melt butter. To put it into perspective, cook yourself a steak at home on Sunday, leave it on the counter and eat it on Monday night. The fat was white and crusty on the prime rib. They don't even pull off the outer membrane on the rib so you get that as well to cut off and it also was shrunk and wrinkling from drying out for so long. I talked to the waitress again and mentioned all this, her response was, "well you did order rare" I told her I was more comfortable eating a chunk of rib straight from the cow without any cooking at all than I was putting a piece of that rancid meat in my mouth. Thinking she was going to get a manager she came back with my $34 check for the caesar salad I ate. It would have been a game of Russian Roulette eating that beef so there it sat as I walked out and over to Hardees near by. Definitely going downhill no where close to what it was before.

Im a supervisor contracting in the area and we've always stayed somewhere else in town. Teddy's offered me a direct bill, a discount in their lounge and they comped our breakfast The rate is a little higher than where I was staying but I believe it's well worth it to stay here. There's a lounge on site with blackjack so my guys don't have to travel far to get any kind of entertainment after work. The rooms were clean and I can't complain, way better than where we were staying I definitely am glad I made the switch.
