Three big tv's and other smaller ones all over the place means that this is a good spot for watching any sport. The beer was cold but the wine list was limited. Still, I managed to have a cheeky couple of drinks! The staff were friendly enough. Didn't eat here but the menu looked pretty good.

Called in for a meal. A little confusing ordering and not well explained. Meal was okay but salad bar in poor state although I was late. No bread or rolls. Apparently meal price includes Ice cream dessert. Overall ok but not really warming.

If your not a pub lover, don't stay in one! There are plenty of "houses" to rent in the area, u just won't be in the middle of the esplanade paying a $100 a night with breaky included, clean towels each day, shampoo n soap provided each day, washing machine n dryer available with soap powder supplied, plenty of tea... We arrived around 9pm on Saturday evening to be greeted by the bar tender as the front office was already closed. At that time we were advised it was karaoke night and the music "might be loud" until midnight. They asked us to sign a waiver saying we had been notified of the noise and there would be no refunds... More

We travelled with our 12 yo and wanted to stay for 7 nights. The room was small and cramped with a double and single bed. The bathroom had a smaller them average doorway. The aircon did not work properly and was the only way to ventilate the air in the room. If the window was left open there was a... More

Customer service by the staff was wonderful. The setting was lovely. The meal in the Bistro however was very disappointing. We were a group of 12. Unfortunately not one was pleased with the meal. When I rang to give feed back the next day (not wanting to make a scene or expecting anything in return). I was told that the... More

Good standard pub accommodation, well priced. great views from the balcony. The bar and bistro downstairs has good food and cold beer. Would recommend this place for anyone that likes mid level accommodation for a short stay. There is also a gaming room if that's what your looking for.

Very well positioned hotel with views acroos Tasman Terrace and park to Boston Bay. The hotel rooms are clean, but a bit small and "dated". The dinning room is self-service with a good selection of both food & wine. The staff are typical of a seaside holiday location, and quite friendly. I got the feeling that it could be very... More

So you think you know good seafood and you have had it from all the finest places in the world. Well forget that lot that is nothing compared to the epic concoction they have waiting for you. When it took four waiters to bring out our platter we knew we did well this will BLOW you away! We travel down... More
