I have stayed there with my colleagues for a few weeks. I have also made some of the reservations by myself for my colleagues, Although I declared one of them's schedule is changed (instead of 1, 2 rooms reserved later on), they charged cancellation fee 150AUD. The owner also warned me to use internet cautious due to their internet quota.... More

The other problem is parking, they do having parking for 2 small cars at $10 a night, which was told... More

Needed 1 night accommodation for 2 people (early 70's). We arrived by train, this hotel is a short walk (uphill) to the left of the train station. There are 3 short flights of stairs to climb to reception, not really the best but we made it and the chap helped us with our luggage. We had a lovely, modernised room... More

I never interacted with the staff - I had to phone them to get into the place and they provided me with a code. Rang the bell when I was leaving but couldn't summon them so I left (my credit card had already been charged). I heard them a lot though - my room was immediately opposite the reception desk... Dear Everyday Onwards, Thank you for your feedback. As the Owner I am very sorry to hear that noise affected your stay. Our receptionist finishes at 8pm so after 8pm there is no noise from reception at all. With regards to use of the balcony, it is very cold in winter time and guests tend not to use the balcony... It would be perfect with toilets in the room; What shame ! The stairs are very dangerous for old people. The management of Balcony On Sixth Lodge should do better inform customers of breakfast and restaurants.

This accommodation in Murray Bridge was recommended by friends who said that although it didn't look much from outside, the renovated rooms were great. We booked ahead, but when we arrived we couldn't get in and had to make a phone call to the manager. The renovated rooms with a large en suite were very well appointed and comfortable. The... More

We stayed for one night in the 2 bedroom spa apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen had everything one could have needed; the beds were very comfortable; the spa was great and the apartment generally was very comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of town, but not too noisy. A couple of minor... More

We stayed here for Easter with my partner and family and we were impressed at the charming upgrades made on this hotel. It was an awesome experience to stay in a hotel with 200-year old history. We enjoyed our overnight stay at Balcony on Sixth The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy.
