Second time we stayed here on a powered caravan site and love it. The pool is beautiful and doesn't have too much salt or chlorine, bathrooms are fantastic, beautifully quiet, well maintained. Will definitely stay there again too.

The sheets on one bed were dirty. The bathroom was also dirty but when you wiped it the dirt came off so obviously had not been cleaned properly. Close to lake and playgrounds. Shame there are no restaurants to walk to for meals.

Hi Barbarad2882 We are terribly sorry to hear about your recent stay with us. We will follow up with housekeeping about these matters. And it is unfortunate that there is not a restaurant in the area, however we do offer the cafe and frozen meals here during office hours. Regards Leah

Great affordable park. Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful host (Ted). The lake across the road is awesome with hire activities and parks for the kids. Nice pool and jumping pillow also. We got a stay seven and pay five deal during school holidays and very happy. Less than half the price of staying in Cairns. A lot to...

We just spent 3 nights with the caravan at this site, located opposite the lake but very close. Staff were some of the friendliest most welcoming people we have met 10/10. Sites were a good size, nil issues. Camp kitchen was one of the best set ups, very good and clean. The toilet block was okay, and did the job,...

Delightful environment, surrounded by mountains of Tablelands and opposite huge lake. Birdsong abounds among the tall trees. Walking paths around lake. One of the nicest, tidiest parks in our 2 years as nomads. Easy, flat cement slabs and grassed sites. Quality amenities and indoor laundry. New outdoor high quality camp kitchen. Very nice pool. Helpful and welcoming receptionist.

We stayed here one night in early August and thought it was excellent value for money. We paid $48.30 for a powered site (2 x adults and 3 x children). The facilities were very clean and the cooking, seating, and eating area was very nice. All the cottages are painted blue and it looks like there are some long-term residents....

Stayed five weeks on a powered, drive thru, slabbed site. The site was roomy but no privacy from neighbours. Although it is a dog friendly park small yappy ones were a problem.( Down to owners lack of training). Water quality was very good no need for bottled water. Telstra and internet coverage but very slow and only one bar. There...
