Stayed here quite few times, the 1 bedroom apartment is quite spacious and very clean. Shelley in reception is so delightful and helpful. You’re given laundry detergent, there is a small dishwasher, and you’re given couple sachets of dishwasher detergent. There is always bottle of dishwashing liquid. Fabulous accommodation. Short stroll to shops and surf club. Nice pool.

We stayed at Verve for 10 nights from 27 December 2021 to early Jan 2022. Unfortunately, it rained almost every day except for 2 days. We were on the 6th floor (603) great views, large apartment with everything we needed except the Sun! This would be a great place without the rain, you can walk to Ginger Tiger Japanese, BYO, Sang's, BYO and Hathi Indian, BYO at Alexander Headland, you can catch the bus to Moom, which is BYO at Mooloabah. The only other disappointing thing about Maroochydore is that everything closes on a public holiday is you have no where to go locally! I got to the beach for a swim once!

We were very happy to walk into our apartment 704 and find it well equipped, nicely furnished with quality fittings, and absolutely spotless. We had a Sea view as well, although there is a new development across the road, that will eventually reduce this for some of the apartments when it is finished. The staff were also very simpathetic and accommodating with a change to our booking due to an unexpected family situation. Top marks all round...we will be back.

Verve has the advantage of only being 5yrs old, so is still very modern and new feeling. The receptionist was very welcoming and the whole place felt clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom ocean view apartment did not disappoint, the view was amazing and everything was in excellent condition. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Separate area to hang wet clothes, very well equipped for beach holidays. Very close to the beach, Maroochydore surf club and cotton tree beach - easy to walk everywhere so no need to take the car out again. Secure parking on site. We will definitely be back.

We had a really pleasant stay. Our room was very clean and relaxing and we didn't need anything else. The pool was chilly in the shade but the spa was clean, hot and bubbly! Close to the beach, Surf club and town - you don't have to look any further for your sunshine coast accommodation.

Second time at this resort and still the same great service, friendly staff and great apartments.
We stayed here for 3 nights in Room 701. Good views and well stocked apartment which was clean tidy and all appliances in working order. Free undercover secure parking and free wifi which worked well.
Walking distance to the beach and many cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to try Ricks on 6th a great Artisan bakery very close to Verve.

We loved our stay at Verve on sixth . The apartment was spotless, comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was central to many great venues and a short walk to the beach. The staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely ocean view room with facilities close to beach and entertainment. Clean and modern beautiful fittings and decor. Very comfortable bed and pillows and lovely bathroom. Carbpark allocated was unsuitable for any type of large vehicle but visitor parking was available outdoors.

We spent the weekend at Verve in a one bedroom apartment on the seventh floor. It was exceptionally clean well appointed with comfy furniture. Free WIFI was great, off street parking and very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away.
