If you want a totally relaxing stay in a period property with friendly hosts - Carol + Jeff - then go to Maleny Lodge. It is perfect! You can stay for 1 night, which is a real bonus as we have found very few places that offer this. Breakfast is a filling feast to set you up on your way....

Carol and Jeff are gems and made us feel very welcome. The sumptuous breakfasts are a highlight especially when served in the dining room. To be in the middle of fabulous Maleny with its unique shops was an unexpected pleasure.

We arrived later than expected on a foggy night and we were warmly welcomed by our fab hosts Jeff and Carol. It was like stepping in to yesteryear but with all the modern conveniences. This delightful place is heaving with beautiful antiques and historical charm. Breakfast was like a feast, the food never stopped coming, fruit, porridge, bacon and eggs,...

We absolutely loved our time at Maleny Lodge. The hosts went out of their way to make our time special and we felt totally spoilt while we relaxed and enjoyed our surroundings. We arrived in the afternoon, had a lovely dip in the pool, enjoyed a wine and a sing-a-long in the lounge room when we found Jeff's guitar and...

This was the first time we have stayed at a B n B. What a treat! This is up there with the best weekend stay away places we have been to. Firstly, Carol and Jeff are the most amazing couple. They are so friendly and down to earth. Spend a minute with them and it feels like you have known...

It is terrible to misrepresent a property on the website. The cost was at the top end based on what was represented but was very overpriced based on what was delivered. Maleny Lodge is described as a "Boutique Hotel". Boutique - individual or high class. NO! This is a rambling old house in need of maintenance and TLC. We were...

I was very surprised to see this negative review of such a popular Suite. This room is outside the back door of the house which makes it very private, and the setting is purposely presented as back to nature and organic; we have many guests who repeatedly request this room. When you were shown into this room you did not...

Had the most wonderful girls getaway 50th birthday celebration. Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts and made the five of us girls feel very special. Delightful surroundings, comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfasts. Our hosts went out of their way to make the birthday an unforgettable day. We highly recommend the 'Pamper Package', courtesy of Susanna and Maree, and our pampering was topped...

My first experience at a B n B and I LOVED it. Being a bit of a history person and also a lover of antique furniture, walking into Maleny Lodge was like stepping through a mirror and going back in time. The furniture was amazing and the polished floorboards were beautiful. Decor certainly matched the home. The Managers were very...

We stayed in a lovely room with a large comfortable bed at the back of the house, the room had a view over the garden and pool. The house itself does not look special from the outside but is full of character on the inside. We were very well looked after by our hosts who were welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast...

We spent 2 nights in the Jacaranda room in the lodge..it felt like being in a tree house. The room was average in size but had lots of storage space and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a tub/shower with 2 sinks. Note there are 5 steps from the bedroom down to the bathroom. Room also had...
