We recently called in for brunch, the eggs benedict and banksia breakfast were so yummy ( we wanted to lick our plates) then we had a walk around the gorgeous gardens. I can highly recommend this restaurant for brunch and any other meal. The grounds are a gorgeous setting for a wedding too.

My family and I often take visiting friends or family here for a nice Sunday lunch. The property is very well-maintained and very scenic. The views of the South Burnett are 360 degrees, and if you want peace and quiet, this is the place. It is not far off the Bunya Highway, and within 20 mins of Kingaroy. The menu...

What a great place for Sunday lunch. Lindsay's homemade gourmet pies are awesome. Rhonda and the staff are friendly and efficient with a quick smile. We would really like to keep it secret but everyone deserves to try it at least once.

Checked in for a couple of nights and just had to extend. What wonderful peace and quiet! No traffic, no sirens, no dogs barking.....just the occasional croak of a frog, the blue fairy wrens and willie wagtails twittering on the lawn, and the honey suckers whistling in the grevillea trees. The cabins are beautifully appointed, close enough to the central...

From the moment we stepped of our coach we knew that we were in for an enjoyable lunch. Rhonda the owner was very welcoming. Venue was amazing with great views across the valley and gardens. Wow!! We loved our overnight stay here!! It was last minute & so lovely to be greeted by such a nice couple. We had not had tea when we arrived & fortunately for us at short notice they were able to provide us with a beautiful homemade pie & salad!! The accommodation itself was beautiful. It is obvious this couple...

We just spent 4 nights in the Grevillea cottage at this beautiful setting. The attention to detail was excellent. The view from the verandah as beautiful with the Bunya Mountians in the background. It's just a short drive to these beautiful Mountians. The cottage was well equipped with the true meaning of self contained, and Lindsay delivered wood each evening...

This place was perfect place to getaway from every day life. From the peaceful surrounds to the crackling of the fire place, this place surely did the job of relaxing and unwinding. The spa topped it off and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

We spent Monday and Tuesday night of this week in Banksia. Would have taken the three day mid-week special except had to get back for a father/daughter State of Origin night. The view from the verandah is superb, so much so that after a few hours vineyard, food and art gallery exploring my husband just wanted to go and sit...
