Very friendly gentleman at reception, hotel looks a bit tired but clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Has a games room with a pool table and an indoor pool. location - quiet and back off the road.

This place is a little tired around the edges but the pool was nice to cool off in after a long drive. Restaurant was closed but plenty of places to eat within five minutes drive. Plenty of local wildlife in the neighbouring fields OK for an overnight stop but better places nearby

My husband and I booked in when we arrived in Ingham. We were met by a really friendly and lovely man at front desk. He was very helpful with sights around the area and just for a good old fashioned chat. Our room was very clean and quite large. We had a wonderful nights sleep. As stated in previous reports,... This hotel isn't 4star, but if you are looking for somewhere to overnight and not going to cost an arm and leg this is the place. The room was a little tired and could do with a facelift eg. bathroom, but the staff was very warm and friendly.

Room was very cosy and clean. The service was impeccable.Dinner at there restaurant was great, waitress and chef were superb.Next day breakfast delivered was almost far too much for an indivual person,ie 2 rounds toast 2 poached eggs tomatoes and oodles of bacon plus a hot pot of tea.

Good location an easy walk to Tyto Wetlands and thankfully Seafood takeaway is nearly opposite as Maria's Restaurant wasn't open. Undercover parking at door. Good sized room with rural outlook. Old style bathroom in need of renovation (excepting toilet) with tiles starting to fall off the wall.

Two couples had a unit each side by side. They were clean and beds comfortable. Badly in need of an upgrade as rather old and dingy. Acceptable for an overnight stay but no longer. The man in the office was very pleasant indeed and immediately attended to a noise complaint one of us made.

I recently stayed for 2 nights while working in the area as I could not get into my usual accommodation. Friendly reception. Overall, the room I had was aged, but quite clean apart from a cockroach that emerged from behind the fridge. No mini-bar. Bed was comfortable with clean linen. Not enough light to be able to work at the... More

I stayed here for several nights over a 3 week period when in Ingham for work. I was tempted to try elsewhere but to be honest the fellow relieving in reception was so kind and helpful I made the decision to stay put. I have to disagree with all the reviews that said the rooms were really clean. The bedding... More

On opening the door we were greeted by a strong chemical smell, overwhelmingly strong. The first thing I checked out was the bathroom, it was very dated, the shower cubicle needs ripping out and retiling. The owner has made a big effort in the main room. Everything was scrupulously clean, new carpet, new curtains, nice bedding all matching and crisp... More
