Not really a hostel. Not really a hotel. Not too sure what to label it as. Regardless. Stayed in a 4 bed room which turned out to be a private for my friend and I. Staff were super friendly and spread people throughout the rooms instead of cramming is all into one room. Beds and sheets were clean. AC worked...

I stayed for 3 nights due to my Open Water course. Very welcoming and friendly staff, loved their dog Ned. Free wifi, nice pool. Rooms were nice and i stayed out on my porch a long time watching some racoons, porcupines and other wildlife which I found very interesting. My bed was a bit uncomfirtable though, but not much to...

We are glad to have chosen this accommodation. The hotel is now well managed by the family owners. The poor reviews were due to a bad manager who is no longer there. We stayed in a clean ground floor apartment with full kitchen utilities, one bedroom with queen sized bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A/c only...

We stayed here even though we had read some bad reviews, as when we arrived, without a booking, the place was so welcoming and felt like a true island home. We are so glad we stayed. The location is great - walking distance to one of the best beaches, shops and local Hotel. The hospitality was honest and made our...

We booked this over the internet, based mainly on the price because we were on a budget - last holiday before baby arrived. The location was ok, near a snorkelling beach but anything good we can say ended there. We had booked 5 nights and on arrival were asked to pay, which we did, as we thought that was how...

This place and its owners are beyond budget. The staff were rude drunks who had parties so loud we could not sleep. They don't employ anyone to clean the pool or rooms and don't do it themselves. Our "appartment" was absolutely filthy when we arrived and they refused to do anything about it. Would not stay there again if paid...

Owners are rude. There was a used condom on the floor of our unit that they refused to clean. I got an ear infection after using the pool. We had a tree fall on our roof during a cyclone and they kept a weeks worth of accomadation and refused to provide alternative accomadations or a refund. Stay at own risk!

This 'resort' has the worst service I have ever experienced! I have travelled to countries where I don't speak the language and received better service. I am talking BASIC service!!! We don't stay in upscale places, usually budget hotels, caravan cabins, family-friendly hostels, etc. We had to repeatedly ask for things like toilet paper, a tea towel and a plug...
