The St. Crispin Cabin where we stayed was Spartan with plywood floors. However it had all the basics: good lighting, good air conditioning and it was clean. It was better than the Cape Trib Road eco place we stayed the night before for $125 more. Terrific beachfront location.

Such a cool hostel! The staff were really nice, the guided beach walk was great, I learnt a lot about the plants and wildlife along the way that I wouldn't have done if I walked by myself. The food at the restaurant is nice, the wooden cabins were great to stay in. And it's about a 40 minute walk to... More

- Lovely location - Basic huts; 4 person family room v small and just has enough room for 4 basic beds so a little liberal with the truth in their description; does have small fridge and air con even though we did not use it so a real bonus. Spacious basic but functional bathroom - Good staff v helpful providing... More

The beach houses were very clean, and well looked after. Both the private bathrooms and the communal ones were also very clean. There is also a communal kitchen. The food and drink was delicious! And the service was also excellent. The views from the beach were amazing, would definitely recommend a visit.

What a beautiful place! Beach houses themselves were very clean, as were the bathrooms. On site pool, bar and restaurant. Food was delicious. Amazing views from the beach. Definitely recommend staying 2-3 nights. Travel provided for any activities planned.

We stayed in the dorm for 4 people. It was worse than what we had seen in the website: funny smell and old mattresses. However that wasn't too bad. The location is beautiful and the beach is really nice, although it's not recommended to swim because of crocs. What was really disappointing was the restaurant. Costly and service wasn't good.... We facilitated a Healing Retreat here. Staff were fabulous, many from overseas, a credit to Mgt being welcoming to all, both staff and guests alike. They were so very helpful and engaging whenever possible. Ribbons room facing rainforest, listening to ocean waves was perfect. Abundant birds, butterflies, lizards and possums. All up close in this gorgeous world heritage area. We... More

The ambiance of beach/rainforest is perfect. We stayed at "St. Crispin 2" The cabin we had which is a single room is all we wanted. We had all the privacy we have hope for. And because we're in the rainforest, rain is normal even on their "dry season" Therefore taking our experience to a higher level of being just with... More

Took some friends to the Daintree and Cape Tribulation for a day tour, and stopped in at Cape Trib Beach House for some lunch. We all chose the beef burgers, and were definitely not disappointed. The beef patty is incredible, best one I've ever had I think! Tomato sauce logo is a cute touch as well.
