We had such a wonderful stay at the Beach House. Our cabin was spacey, clean and in the loveliest location right in the jungle and very close to the beach. The staff is absolutely lovely, very helpful and will show you a great time. Thanks guys! Also the surrounding area is beautiful, so the Beach House is a great base...

This place was by far the best part of our travels. I wasn't sure what to expect at first being someone who can't live without my phone but only a few hours of being here with the beautiful scenery and a welcoming friendly staff I wasn't concerned about not having reception. The dorm we stayed in was really nice and...

This place was easy to find, easy to navigate and gave us the general 'easy going' vibe. We loved it! There is no reception and the wifi here is patchy at best so to the people who come here expecting constant communication to the outside world and 5 star luxury will be sorely disappointed. The great charm about this place...

Had a great time at the Beach House. Staff is lovely and helpful. Food is delicious and the afternoon walk through the Rainforest/ Beach was free but really entertaining, good and fun. I would come again :)

My first review…. I booked a Ribbon Cabin for my boyfriend and I through email and had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas - who was very friendly and helpful. These rooms are normally $180 p/n, though they were doing a special so we stayed two nights for the price of one. This was our first time in Cape Trib...

To the outside reading this please do not think this is my usual practice, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and receive on average 2500 overnight stays at our resort. Many a times I look at a review, and say "hey this was my fault" or "we can change this.." Tripadvisor is great because it gives you the chance to...

Was in a jungle tours tour and went overnight at the Beach House. Food was excellent and the resort provide free walk most days. Rooms clean and staff actually seem to care. Great place will return. Will be back for sure !

We were very disappointed with our stay. We stayed in a 3 bed with ensuite and not only had to make our own beds but had to ask for towels as none were offered on checking in. This is backpacker accommodation NOT family accommodation. The room was dirty and dark and the quality of the beds/linen very poor. The nightly...

Ok. I am sorry you has a negative experience - this review cut deep. With regards to loud backpackers etc, I cannot comment as I cannot control who is here and what they say or do around the fire. Its like complaining to an Airline that a baby was screaming the whole time during the flight. Its the nature of...

My second visit to the Beach House and the experience was amazing as i expected. I had to check in late and the staff organised myself and a few others a 'late check in' pack. That made me feel pretty special and well looked after. The restaurant is right on the beach and you're surrounded by nature. Dinner was perfect...
