A great campsite for us. Loved feeling we had our own space & weren't crammed in. Amenities were clean, staff really friendly and helpful, and wood-fired pizzas divine. Generally a great, relaxed feeling and right on the beach. Also only a short walk down the beach to other cafes, Masons swimming hole and Ocean Safaris.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our site was shady and was just a short walk to the beach (by short I mean about 50m). The kids loved collecting coconuts so the spike they provided for opening them was great. They provided really good information before we went about what to expect. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Beautiful location just behind the tree line of the beach. Close to many nice boardwalks and not too far to go to actual cape tribulation beach (although I'd say Myall beach is nicer!). Wake up and grab a coconut for breakfast, and make sure to get a takeaway pizza for your dinner - they're yum!

We arrived here and were disappointed to think we were in the middle of nowhere...boy were we wrong. We were fortunate to be in the central ring as parks were drier and larger. This park has more amenities than any other we have visited..all well maintained. It is a nice walk from the mail attractions, even thought it looks more... More

Great place to visit. On our way through and stayed for a night on the way back from the cape. The camp offers an outdoor kitchen, showers and toilets. You must BYO all cooking gear for tye outdoor kitchen other than hot plates or BBQ. Pros: - Beach front that's so beautiful and easiky accessed. - Reasonable price for what... More

It rained every day despite being the dry season but that didn't matter - had a lovely, relaxing time. We had a campervan and parked with loads of spare space around us in a nice garden close to the very clean toilet/shower block and covered BBQ. Fabulous location right on the beach. Good service, including letting us use their phone... More

We hired a camper van in cairns and this was our first stop. Right on the beach at cape trib makes it a fab location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pizza straight from the wood fired oven was so good we had it twice ! The rainforest is pretty special too.....

We spent a night in Cape Tribulation at the CT Camping site right close to the water and it was a great night stay. The on site services are terrific, good camp kitchen, good bar, they make wood fired pizzas which are tasty and the sites are spacious and easy to get in and out of. The only down side... More

with the location you have to expect "midgies" and wet weather, however we found the park is really in need of a big upgrade, amenities where we were are old and tired when it rained (every night while we were there) sites were flooded to the point that even with matting you stepped out into water every morning, park staff... Great location, the amenities were always clean and restocked (Jackie replenished them every night). The staff were all friendly. Pizza's great, coffee good, chai yum. Lots of helpful advice on what to do but no big sales push. A lot of effort made to keep our rather large family group together, nothing was a problem. The only minor issue is... More
