Though well-appointed with lots of little touches, the lodgings are more about the location and the ever-present fauna than absolute luxury. But that is the way that it should be given where this is. So, if you are prepared for a little mud now and then as well as dealing with the remnants of various visits, then this is the... More

We were just here for two nights and were sad to leave. If we ever come back to Australia, we will def stay here again. We saw so much wildlife it was amazing. They have 6 tree houses, we were in pademelon one. So quiet and secluded you felt like you were the only ones there. Treehouse is two stories... More

I visited with my parents and brother. Our stay at the Canopy was part of a longer trip through Australia, having previously stayed in Sydney, Uluru and Alice Springs. The treehouse and the rainforest blew our minds with their beauty and comfort. The hosts are very caring and have created a little paradise in their backyard. Their enthusiasm for the... More

Set in 100 acres of rare upland complex mesophyll vine forest we found The Canopy Rainforest Treehouses and Wildlife Sanctuary to be the perfect rainforest escape. Our luxury treehouse was well appointed and included a spa bath, woodfire heater and quality utensils and appliances. The treehouse contained everything you needed (apart from food and alcohol) for a truly enjoyable self... More

the Bower house is absolutely stunning, incredibly well designed and immaculate. Everything is perfect, right down to the tiniest detail - the cutlery was all lined up nicely and not even a single crumb in the toaster. The handmade soaps are divine, there are robes and slippers, a bunch of roses and some candles awaited us. A fully equipped kitchen... More

Anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place for you. I stayed here recently with my wife and absolutely loved it! The wildlife activity on the balcony was an unexpected bonus and provided lots of entertainment. Although it rained the entire time we were here, it added to the experience of living in the... More

One of the best places we have ever visited. The accommodation is like nothing we have ever seen. The surrounding wildlife is something to be experienced. The friendly hosts David and Sharon are very informative & passionate of the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay Alexandra & Fiona McArthur

What a simply amazing place this was. Our treehouse was huge with lounge, two bedrooms (one upstairs) a kitchenette and a fabulous bathroom with a walk in shower and corner spa bath. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The big draw for us was the bird feeder which attracted a lot of beautifully plumaged birds... More

Wow - what a place! From the moment we arrived David put his spell on us and we were totally chilled out. We've always wanted to stay in a tree house and those at the Canopy are even better than described. David explains everything when you arrive and walks you to your own private setting. Total seclusion, pristine houses, fluffy... More

My husband and I have just returned from a two-night stay in the Tree Kangaroo treehouse, where we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary. We cannot recommend the Canopy Treehouses highly enough - they were amazing! David was very helpful from when we first arrived, explaining everything we needed to know for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was impressed with... More
