First of all I am slow doing this review - should have done it months ago. Secondly what a great B&B. Thirdly run by Renee and Irene - great couple. We stayed there for a Friday/Saturday night, a very cold Friday/Saturday night. However the B&B was lovely and warm. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was magnificent. Location is good -... What a lovely place to stay. Warm and inviting house that is very close to the main street so you can walk everywhere. Rooms were surprisingly quiet and breakfast was delicious. Thanks Renee, we will be back

Me and my boyfriend went here not long ago and I have very fond memories. The two lovely ladies who ran the BnB were so sweet and I think I came back home with a higher IQ after the awesome conversations at breakfast. They were also helpful in what there was to do around the area. Also, great op shops!!!... More

It's our second visit back to Pendower House and we loved it just as much as the first time. Breakfast is amazing and since we had the spa suite again, we get breakfast in our room and in bed. We love the peace and quiet and it's like a home away from home. We will be back again and hopefully... More

Lovely place to stay. Cozy and a home away from home environment. Breakfast was delicious as well. Location is fantastic! Walking distance from the main street and lots of great bakeries/eateries and quaint shops to explore in the main street and surrounding area. Daylesford is the place to relax. Thanks again to our wonderful hostess @ Pendower House. See you... More

We spent a wet weekend in Daylesford and throughly enjoyed our stay here. Being wet and cold probably enhanced the experience for us. We were very snug. We thought the breakfasts were amazing. We were very close to the main street. We would definitely recommend Pendower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pendower House. The property is within walking distance of the town centre and close to most restaurants in the area. It has an old style charm with modern amenities. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the crepes. The chutney is delicious and we have already eaten most of the jar we were given. Renee and... More

We booked in for 2 nights after reading Tripadvisor reviews. All the positives mentioned were so true- comfortable bed, clean room, friendly atmosphere and superb breakfasts. Pendower really is a benchmark for all B & B's as it really felt like a home away from home with access to a reading lounge and a sunroom as well as your own... More

Thank you William for your supportive comments. it is lovely to see that you enjoyed your stay at Pendower and we certainly appreciate that you spent the time reflecting on it here with Trip Advisor. Clean , quiet, friendly accommodation in central Daylesford, 5 minutes walk from the main street. Even though it wasn't cold the central heating was operating which made coming back at night a pleasant experience. The breakfasts were wonderful with fresh local produce and big enough that we didn't bother with lunch. The hosts were warm and friendly and happy to... More

Autumn in Daylesford... sunny days, chilly nights and amazing autumn colours - gold, auburn, aubergine ... What a show off time of the year. Thank you for your thoughtful comments about Pendower and glad that you had a good time away. Although this is a foodie area and you want to keep exploring culinary delights it is nice to have... The hosts were lovely and their cooking of interesting breakfasts even better. The house is very well situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. It is a no fuss place, and I like that. Reading on the balcony a treat, Neighbouring room noise was evident, but did not really spoil the experience.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and with lovely comments. Glad you enjoyed your breakfasts esp not 'run of the mill' breakfasts... crepes, pesto muffins, lemon pepper mushrooms.... we enjoy cooking and our guests love their morning meals. (even better when you've had a good night sleep!) Thanks again, Renee More
