Never in my life have I experienced such inconsistent, and mostly poor, hospitality. The food is garbage rekindled, housekeeping laughable, who makes a bed without a top sheet? Bar staff like to watch you wait to be served on most occasions, in some brief instances though their have been some positives, too brief to be particular but I'm sure they...

Attended a 60th birthday party. It has been years since we have been to the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised, the standard of the rooms were beyond our expectations. One suggestion: could enhance by getting better bathroom towels. Great function room and the Chef did a really great spread for the party.

I visited the wallacia hotel for a ghost tour run by a separate company and absolutely loved the old style decor. Although the facilities have been renovated you can still feel the history. Definitely would love to come and visit again.

OMG.. where to start.. possibly the WORST hotel in all of the greater Penrith area. February: Booked in, girl at desk asked how I wanted to pay.. Ummm.. I already paid...""How do I know that?" .. After arguing she finally go the paperwork (bright idea) and realised I'd paid.. My friend who was checking in at the same time got...

Just dont, we stayed there for a weekend with about 8 other couples. The staff were incredibly rude to everyone. In summer in NSW, some rooms the air con worked but couldn't be turned off, in other rooms the air con didn't work. In the bathroom there was no break line between the wet area and the bedroom. Any water...

We decided to stay at the Wallacia after a great experience six months ago. I don't know what has happened in six months but it is now a complete dive with unprofessional staff and non-existent service levels. We checked into our room and noticed there was no soap - when we alerted the housekeeping staff they replied "we haven't had...

We stayed for two nights whilst my son was competing in the State Championships for Rowing at SIRC. We had a two bedroom suite. Both nights we could not sleep before midnight due to the noise in the bar/restaurant. We asked for a new room but were told there were none available. Staff were not apologetic and offered no options....

The staff were none existent when needed, food at the family gathering (numbers were advised prior function) was cold tasteless and insufficient to feed those in attendance. The bar staff were rude...

Our motorbiking party of eight stayed at the Wallacia Hotel for three nights. On arrival we were impressed with the grand outlook of the hotel and on inspection of our rooms we were not disappointed. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the rooms are tastefully decorated and include split system air con, bar fridge, handy breakfast nibble box and a...

We arrived just before 7pm.. Placed our order for four people and lost track of time due to chatting. 2hrs later and no food. Approached the kitchen they literally had no idea. Approx 5 other people yelling at them for food. Orders were lost, kitchen were short staffed, people using hands to prepare food. We ended up getting a refund...
