Very clean room, nicely decorated and a very nice bathroom. Very friendly staff, a good range of beers and a decent enough breakfast. Good value for money and definitely a place I can recommend to anyone visiting the area. I can't comment on the evening meals because we stayed on a Sunday night and meals are only served until 5pm... More

Stayed for one night. Really nice modern rooms and en suite. Had a lovely bath. TV didn't work but staff said they'd be straight into it once we left. Didn't eat there in the evening but food looked and smelled really good. Breakfast was nice. Not much in Sandhutton as its just a small village, but great base for days... More

Had to travel up from the south east and after my 5 hour trip I was delighted to arrive at this stunning hotel. The room was amazing and spotless. Nice and big with on suit. Tea and coffee with water and treats too. Really was spoilt. The staff were over helpful and so polite. Couldn't of done more for you.... More

We stayed for one night at the Kings Arms and found it ideal for all our needs. The welcome was very friendly, the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. We were a little concerned that it may be noisy as it is a pub and situated on a fairly busy road, however it turned out to be... More

myself & son just spent a few day in the Kings Arms, overall the food was excellent, rooms were clean & of a high standard. The location was good, as we spent two days fishing on the river Swale. Bonus - they good have a good range of beers & drinks.

We spent two nights at The Kings Arms on Fri/Sat 3rd and 4th June 2016. A party of ten guys on a golfing weekend. To a man, we all agreed that our short stay was very enjoyable. Alex, Natasha and James made us feel very welcome from the first minute we arrived. The rooms are not the largest but they... More

We have just stayed for two nights at the Kings Arms and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room we had is the largest looking out to the front, large space, lovely en-suite. The meal on the first night was excellent, choose your starter from the menu and then go to the glass counter and talk to the owner/chef about... More

Booked one night for the races but wished we had booked the whole weekend. The room was just perfect for us - not too big & not too small. Lovely welcome, great hospitality and the cooked breakfast was one of the best. I highly recommend The Kings Arms & will definitely return some time in the future
