My sister and I stayed for 2 nights whilst visitng relatives and old haunts in the area. The accommodation is based around old workers' cottages, so there is a great sense of history and heritage. Very clean rooms and the beds were lovely and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and additional touches like chocolates in the room...

Craig & I have just come back from a 2 night stay here and Paddy was amazing & welcoming from the minute we arrived. It was our anniversary so he requested Hand-picked flowers, Hand-made chocolates & posh bottle of Champagne all to which were simply amazing. We stayed in the best room called The Bramble, every little feature right down...

The room was so spacious, the bed wonderful (large and comfy) and the additional cookies, chocolates and sherry was so enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding and Pat...

Pat, the proprietor, was very friendly and helpful. Our en suite room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. We both slept well and enjoyed a delicious and ample breakfast the next morning.

The owner was absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful and more than willing to talk to us! Our room was very comfortable, good sized bed, nice bathroom and, what I found a very nice touch, a good selection of teas, including fruit and herbal. The room was an excellent size overall which I liked. The breakfast was delicious and was in...

Stayed at this traditional B&B in a very small village for 2 nights upon a recommendation. The landlord is extremely diligent in presenting a clean and comfortable house. There are 3 rooms with large beds. A nice touch is the small carafe of white port which is presented gratis. The common room has a large fireplace which is very cozy...

One of the best B & Bs in Great Britain!! What a wonderful place. Paddy made us so welcome almost like old friends. And Josh (the dog) also makes you very welcome!! He's a delight. The service was top class as was the en-suite spacious bedroom. The tea tray was full to overflowing - such a choice - it was...
