What a lovely guest house we all (8 adults) stayed in on the occasion of our son's wedding in Glossop August Bank Holiday weekend. We were totally surprised by the beautiful self catering apartment & gardens. Lynda was really friendly & welcoming. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you

This was our second visit here as we came last November as we wanted to see the Coronation Street studios before they were closed down. It is an extremely homely place and nothing is too much trouble for Linda. She is a wonderful host. We will be back! Thank you :)

Linda has a great taste when it comes to make the place nice and beautiful. She is extremly mind- and helpful! She is a wonderful host and you won't regret the stay. We were very sad not to have (our 2nd time) booked for longer - thanks - and we certainly come again. Visit Manchester MOSI - it's worth!!! :-)

I stayed here as I needed somewhere close to Hadfield the night before an early morning start. The owner was very friendly and helpful and she was willing to arrange an alternative breakfast in the morning so that I could leave without disturbing anyone. The room was cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Despite being on a main road the room... More

The hosts are really kind and friendly, with lots of knowledge about the surrounding area and things to do. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and is surrounded with a lovely garden with a stream running through it. Treat yourself to a spa treatment while you are staying here - Lynda is really good at relaxing massages.

Cannot recommend this fabulous B&B highly enough. Superb room, fantastic breakfast and such welcome and lovely hosts will definitely be staying here again! Apologies for delay in writing a review stayed here last week of July 2016. Garden superb and whilst we have said the price is being diet price the quality of Birds N st is far from budget...luxury

The hosts were kind people with 2 very old but fabulous cats. The house is close to the road to Peak district but there is a nice garden with a small stream, where you can relax. Breakfast is good with a clear effort for the presentation, you define what you want in the evening, as well as the time.

The Birdsnest garden retreat was a perfect location for our rendezvous. We traveled from Florida and met up with our friend from Prestbury UK and stayed two nights in this fabulous location. Lynda made us feel very welcome and she was very accommodating. She absolutely thought of everything and her attention to detail is evident not only inside but outside... More

Sorry about the late review, we stayed for one night myself and my husband plus my son and a carer, to visit family for my nephews 21st. What a lovely welcome from the owners, Linda and her husband couldn't have made us more welcome and the accommodation was superb. The gardens are a credit to them. Hopefully we will be... More
