Stayed here for a second time and absolutely loved it again. Lovely, clean comfortable room with friendly efficient staff. We ate our evening meal for the two nights stay at the hotel restaurant. What a chef and what wonderful attentive staff. The meals were of an exceptional scrumptious standard, unbelievably delicious. Breakfast was the same. My only worry was the...

Our third visit to Lyzzick Hall- and delighted to report that it was everything we'd hoped for and come to expect. The setting is idyllic, the room was lovely and the pool a real treat after a couple of days' walking. We ate in the restaurant both nights and enjoyed everything we had- had the tasting menu the second night...

Special weekend for my significant others birthday. Old world style- well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Staff attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Keswick approx 30 mins walk away- on unlit roads- having eaten in Keswick prior to this we chose to eat at the hotel on two evenings and thoroughly enjoyed the meals on both occasions.Food excellent- well prepared, presented and...

An amazing hotel set in beautiful grounds with magnificent scenery. The hotel has the benefits of a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff were attentive but not overpowering giving us a fabulous welcome. The breakfast was of a very high quality and fabulous choice. On Saturday we ate in the restaurant and it was a four course dinner heavily...

Everything about this hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and obliging. The food was exceptional and each dish was amazing with subtle flavours and interesting combinations. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable with stunning views. We stayed for a few days before Christmas and it was a real tonic. I hope we can return.

Quaint, picturesque hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, views were amazing and our room was lovely. It's a hotel for those who want traditional cosy countryside hotels. The restaurant is outstanding as well. There is a swimming pool with amazing views and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast is phenomenal with a wide range to choose from....

We spent the recent weekend at the hotel. We had room 1 and it was clean, spacious and had an absolutely comfortable bed. But the best thing about this place is the restaurant. There was a great variety to choose for breakfast. And dinner here was the best food experience we have had in UK! The quality of every course...
