Anne and Tony were helpful and friendly throughout our 2 night stay. Anne was was full of marvelous anecdotes and comments and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was a good size, well stocked with toiletries. Staveley itself has a nice pub, the Hawkshead Brewery, and is well placed to reach the... Stayed for just one night in this immaculate and comfortable farmhouse in a great location. We were made to feel so welcome by Anne and it was nice to see Tony too. Parking right outside was easy. Highly recommended!

Anne and Tony were the perfect hosts - A warm and friendly welcome but not intrusive at all. Beautifully kept rooms in an old farm house which Anne told me has been in the family for generations. and a tasty breakfast. Would definitely recommend stating here if you're in Staveley

Having stayed at many other places in the South Lakes, a few of which I have a great fondness for, Lil Hullets ticks so many boxes that I have requirements. Location is just off the A591, also easy access to Staveley & its' Beer hall & food outlets, but the friendly nature of Ann the charismatic Land Lady & Tony make... More

We stayed for two nights and found the accommodation very clean and well kitted out with everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent and non greasy. Parking outside on the road was easy and the B&B was only 10 minutes walk from the village centre which has all the amenities you need.
