Arrived at the late check in time of 4pm, I think the check in time is this late so the staff are away before you check over the caravan properly. The caravan was very dirty and although I had requested no pets, the caravan had dog hair everywhere. I tried to hoover but the hoover had an overpowering smell of... More

We stayed in a caravan with a great view of the sea. The only thing that let the place down was the beds and bedding - well worn - would not stop us going back. It was very quiet and peaceful - not sure if this would be the case if it was the peak holiday season

I checked in with a motor home and asked for a sea view, which is exactly what I got. Due to traffic I was going to be late arriving - not a problem they arranged for directions to be left pinned to their door for my midnight arrival. Whilst the atmosphere of the caravan park is a bit 60's retro... More

Shocking customer service. A friend and I had to reschedule our trip which may not happen for a few years and therefore we requested a refund. Simply told we cannot have one at all. If I was more aware of this at the booking stage I would not have considered staying here. Response from reception was very unhelpful and I... More

Visited Seacote Caravan Park in April this year. The caravan was absolutely pristine and located directly at the beach. There is a large playpark on site which the kids (7 year old twins) loved and gave us plenty of peace and quiet. Also being so close to the beach was fantastic and they had the usual fun collecting shells and... More

We booked for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have a UK break with our dog. We have stayed in dog friendly places previously and didn't expect The Ritz but what we were provided was disgusting. We arrived late after nearly a 5 hour drive & received keys. The caravan looked tidy enough so we decided to drop... More
