We stayed for two nights in room 5. Lovely large room with big bed, settee, easy chair. Decor is rather tired but all is clean and tidy (one room was being newly decorated while we were there). TV rather small!

The Cavendish Arms is a classic English Inn with rooms that does good gastro-pub-grub and has real ales. The rooms are quirky because it's a very old building but the facilities are as good as they need to be.
