Booked king room online, hotel cancelled as only had twin. Waste of time
Location seems good and hotel looks nice, just fix your system. I was genuinely looking forward to staying. Maybe in the future sometime

As far as I'm aware there are no bedrooms downstairs in the main house and no lift. However the hotel has many single storey holiday chalets in the grounds accessed by gravel paths. I wouldn't know how wheelchair friendly the paths are though. Suggest phoning the hotel as the staff are very friendly and helpful,
