Stayed at this hotel for convenience as husbands office party was in the pub/restaurant across the road. It was an excellent price with parking. On arrival the building is basic and the foyer was clean, with almost smiling reception staff. The corridor leading to our room 112 was very smelly and required a good hoover, shabby appearance. The room was...

Hotel is staffed by some great people, very friendly and efficient. Always polite and couscous. Great location and rooms always up to the mark & cleaned extremely well everyday. Near by pub ok, great Chinese and a Spar & Co-Op on the doorstep.

The hotel is value for money. Though a bit far from the station (not suitable for walk), but you get taxis @ 4-5 pounds from the train station. The lodge has many restaurants/ stores (Subway/ Greggs/ WH Smith/ SPAR/ Co Op) nearby. Well maintained, will come over and like to stay again and again.

Hotel was basic but I guess this is what you'd expect from a Travelodge. What I didn't expect was the room to be absolutely freezing on arrival. Even once the heater had been turned on the room remained quite cold.

The usual Travelodge standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located near a nice friendly pub serving good food with a garage (with a spar) co op, greggs and subway across the road. Easy to park and a short drive to the town.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, comfortable bed. The guest in the room directly above sounded like he was running a marathon in his room for about an hour from 10pm. One guest left his dog in his van which was barking constantly, probably at the people who kept going outside to smoke. I did check the windows at...

The hotel is just what you need if you are traveling around UK. Simple and efficient. It has all that you need without the unnecessary included services that you actually don't need but have to pay for. This particular location was great and the new beds were spectacular. Friendly staff and near a supermarket in case you need anything.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter. Good to have Co-op, Subway and The Duke of Gloucester Pub on the door step. Easy drive to Crewe centre. Quiet location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Recommend it.

I received the best customer service ever from Oliver here. extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Every hotel should have an Oliver. He went over and above what I would expect in a Travelodge.
