I meet at the Eaton Oak every 6 weeks or so with a friend for lunch. The service is good and prompt; the food delicious and the staff friendly and eager to please. My favourite lunchtime venue. There are comfortable sofas as well as a restaurant, so great for morning coffee and light lunch as well.

Stayed here just one night on business. Just 9 rooms which are clean and tidy. At just £70 you can t go wrong. Breakfast was also included and that was good as well. Really nice lady on duty that morning. Great location just of the A1.

Excellent service from staff manager Ian however room rather dated and needing refurb, fairly reasonably priced for what and where it is. Thought worth mentioning didn't have any issue finding room as per previous review, the numbers are located in a light box to right of door on corridor, rather strange place for them to be but there nonetheless! Overall... More

I must admit this was not the standard of place that I've stayed at recently but hey, it was for one night, cheaper and I'd heard the breakfasts were good and included in the price, so I tried to put my pre conceived ideas to one side. The breakfast was good, the towels and bedding were spotless and there was... More

We stayed at the Eaton Oak for 2 nights and ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It has a large spacious car park and it is possible to park right outside of the rooms to unload a car. The room was very spacious as was the en suite bathroom. It was a room that was adapted for disabled guests.... More

Hotel has free parking, Wi-Fi and offers a decent breakfast. Rooms are in need of a refurb and general tlc required. A pleasant 20 min walk to St Neots through park and along river. One night was enough and probably not a hotel for long term stay.

Easy to find, just off the A1, plenty of parking. A pleasant young lady on reception dealt with the check in to room 3 efficiently and answered all our queries. The room was reasonably spacious although the decor was 'tired' and the window frames were in need of a wipe over. The food was good and I would use the... More

Very disappointed as the photos will show , this place is in need of a big refurbishment . I dont think our room had been decorated , let alone upgraded in years . I was disgusted actually , how on earth the Eaton Oak get away with charging such prices, or even still in business . We are used to... More

Stayed for one night recently and was really disappointed with the awful state of our room. On arrival to our room we walked in to see a really creased duvet cover on the bed. Due to the heat I had brought my own sheet and was very glad I did! When I removed the creased duvet I noticed several yellow... More
