If your thinking of booking here.. you must! The staff are all so friendly and welcome you with a nice cold glass of Champagne. The rooms are superb and defiantly nothing like I've stayed in before. We ate in the English restaurant and the food was superb.. with great service to match. The bar serve a great selection of drinks....

Loved it here when I visited back in January. Got there very late after the drake concert but had no issues checking in as I got there around 1am. Room was so nice. Stayed in suite 10 with black interior. Sleep was so good we missed breakfast in the morning but nevertheless I would return again hands down.

We had the Lobster, chateaubriand and champagne offer, the food was fantastic and the restaurant amazing, really good service and friendly staff. Will definitely visit again, only problem we had was trying to get there on time, we underestimated the traffic but we phoned the restaurant and they kept our table for 15 minutes longer.

I'm going to keep this brief as I suggest that before reading too many reviews, you simply take the plunge and visit The Crazy Bear. This is not the sort of venue you should spend hours researching - although it's not a cheap experience, it's one that should be enjoyed with the element of surprise. The food is fantastic. Cocktails...

Seating areas were quirky and well set out for a large group of friends. If you've never been here before - the decor is pretty intriguing! The staff were attentive and wanting to please- even happy to take photos for us. The food was very tasty and we all enjoyed our three course meal: asparagus and the duck really nice....

We were concearned by alot of the negative feedback we saw in reviews and at times I wondered if we were staying in a different hotel! On check in we were greeted promtly and in a very friendly manner by reception who were...

Read lots of reviews and expected to either really like it or hate it. We can't agree with the negative reviews. The staff and service in the restaurant was really nice. We had a suite (room 20 - incredible - so nice!). It is true that you have to pay extra for some things but you don't have to, you...
