Lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the cabin which was cute. The massive kitchen area has a hammock; was great to sit and cool down in that with a beer in early evening. There's a fridge freezer and coffee maker which came in handy. Was quite noisy in bed at night but earplugs would have completely solved... More

Beautiful Gardens, lovely pool. clean and friendly. The rooms have a lot of circulation. It is very hot in Vallodolid so in the hottest part of the day we would just sit under the trees and listen to the birds and jump in the pool. First few nights we got a cheap place in town on the square and it... More

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived from Tulum in the early morning before our room was ready and had a welcome cup of coffee in the garden until it was. We met Judith and learned about special events in Valladolid that night. Every one of her staff was courteous and helpful during the... More

We are a family of 5 who stayed here only one night but we really appreciated the ambience, well decorated rooms, the service and the lovely breakfast. They had a private parking area next to the Casa. They provided three beds for the children in one room at no extra charge.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, it has a very relaxed vibe and it`s perfect for families and couples. It is close to everything! The rooms are all decorated with fabulous Mexican art. We will definitely come back for more!

Custom service, very clean rooms! Marco set us up with personalized Valentine's decorations and massages. We stayed as a family and the Suite was perfect. The pool was clean, the garden well kept. Walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions.

We arrived at Casa Quetzal by car and had no trouble finding it using a map and not a GPS. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large with high ceilings although somewhat dark and had two double and a single bed. There was air conditioning and a fan although these were not needed as it was cool... More

We stayed at Casa Quetzal for 2 nights, initially only booking for 1 night. We liked it so much we added on another night. The property is beautiful and staff very friendly. It was a perfect base for us to explore Valladolid and Chichen Itza. Breakfast was simple, but tasty! Room was spacious. I highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed at Casa Quetzal with 4 other women for one night. We were enchanted with Casa Quetzal! Not only were the accommodations clean and comfortable, but the staff and owner were so helpful and friendly. Friendly, as in "like friends". The location was quiet and convenient, right across the street from the convent. The owner, Judy, suggested two... More

I found Casa Quetzal in Trip Advisor and loved the look and idea of it, but there should definitely be map in the hotel's website; it took us forever to get there and at reception we were told the gps information takes you somewhere else. Also we had confirmation, in writing, for an extra bed in a room but it... More
