Posada Sac Nah is a great choice to stay in Mahahual, if you are looking for a calm, quiet place to stay. It has a great price and the owners are great people. Example, I was not able to find a taxi the day I arrived so the owner actually picked me up and took me to the hotel. It has a small pool in a private setting. It is not right next to the beach and although i walked to what is considered the town area, you probably need to take a taxi if you don't have a car, that worked perfectly for me. I will most definitely be staying there on my next visit. I did some good scuba diving there.
This small hotel has a great service, do not expect luxury it's a simple hotel managed by Mom Marcela and his Husband. Literally Marcela is like a Mom she will be there always taking care of your needs. A ver CLEAN hotel with a great service. Highly recommended for low budgets
