We stayed there last year. The resort is huge and great for walking. The food was pretty good as well. We paid for an Ocean view room and our room was very old and really needed to be updated. The bed was saggy. Staff were friendly. The lounge was like you were in a strip mall, not very much room....

Came here with Thomson. On arrival was given a disabled room which was terrible condition with no view. Then was given a room with pool view. Compared to Rio hotels no where near the quality. Have to pay for WiFi which is £35 for two weeks. Cigarettes you have to buy in peso or charhe to room and then pay...

Beautiful hotel. The photos and maps of this hotel state that it has a long beach front, not true. There is a small cove available for swimming and snorkelling but if you like to walk the beach you will need to go back and forth a hundred times on their short beach. The lazy river is lovely. The food here...

Really disappointed with this hotel, certainly wasn't 5*. Rooms and public walkways were kept very clean, food was average - had better in a 3* hotel in Spain-, good atmosphere round the pool. No atmosphere on an evening as entertainment finished at 10pm then there was nothing, no music or singer or anything. Would definitely recommend taking a trip to...

Lovely hotel. Communal areas very clean. Friendly helpful staff Some ground floor rooms smell a bit musty. We stayed in a first floor room lovely room with a nice view. Choice of restaurants which you can easily book through your concierge. Poolside could get quite noisy. It didn't bother us as we are beach people. Enjoyed our stay

I highly recommend this hotel to families. My husband, my Mom, and I went and it was a resort populated by many families, and lots of extended families. It seemed there was plenty for everyone to do. We stayed in Makul (I think that was the name of our building) and it had a pool right outside which was one...

Love the fact that you have nice nature with lots of wild life at the resort. It is a big resort which will give you a nice variation, they could definitely arrange more shuttles in the evening when you have tired kids but it's not a deal breaker. The mini club was a massive disappointment as it is mostly for...

We just had a 2 week holiday here, which we all enjoyed thoroughly! (2 adults & 1 Child,7yrs) Cannot fault anything about this hotel complex, there is so much to do - daytime & night time entertainment. Or relax by 1 of the 3 swimming pools or on the private beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but...

This was my second trip back to this hotel and it definitely has held up well (last trip was 7 years ago). We were traveling as a group of five people (2 couples and a single). First the check in was great. they even tried to move all of us so we were close together. Overall, I would highly recommend...
