Very friendly workers. Big, clean resort. Beautiful guest rooms. Plenty of restaurant choices. Very accomodating - we borrowed a wheel chair the entire time for Grandma to get around. Staff was very helpful with her. Perfect pool setting.

Our stay was magical! Our Villa was on the beach and we had an amazing outdoor shower shout out to Porfirio who kept our room clean and stocked. Highly recommend the Romance Villa, romantic indeed. The buffets are..well buffets, to be honest same options every day, but the food was good and you can definitely mix it up. We only tried two a la carte restaurants but they were delicious. The beach is extremely rocky definitely recommend water shoes, made it so much easier getting in and out of the water. But once you are in the water it is magnificent, on our last day there we had some very large fish swimming around us. There was a lot of seaweed but that is not the resort's fault and they worked tirelessly to clean it up. Luckily they had several large pools to choose from when you didn't feel like going in the ocean, not only at our resort but at the sister hotels as well. We also made it to Zentropia Spa and Alexi at the juice bar was awesome! Overall we had an awesome time and can't wait to come back!

Stayed for 2 week from 19/10 with a teenager and had an amazing time. Having been to numerous other hotel in the area from Cancun to Tulum we all agree this was the best. We original booked a double room with 2 double beds but did find the beds a bit on the small side so paid to upgrade to a junior suite with king bed and sofa bed. This is the only negative as we still found the sofa bed to not be the best.Had a couple of bathroom issues with the first room also but they were sorted straight away. Food great tried all the restaurants favourites being Sumptori(regular table),La Lola and Ribs and More. Although it got busier the second week never felt crowded well worth spending some days a the White Sands quieter but still have activities ging on and a lovely boat ride. All the staff were super friendly never waited long for golf cart/train good idea to tip the drivers. The one thing that really stood out for us was the quality and amount of live music through out the day and evening loved it. Will definitely return.

This was our 9th visit to the Grand Palladium and yet again we had a wonderful stay. We had a little issue on arrival but we managed to get this sorted out straight away. Everything about this place is awesome from the choice of restaurants, variety of food and the wonderful staff. Want to give a massive shout out to Alfredo in Bar Azul, Ricardo in Kantenah, Fredy in Colonial and Antonio in the sports bar.... these guys looked after us and kept us topped up in tequila the whole time. A special shout out also to Sarahi in TRS who made us feel special on every occasion and looked after us and our parents every evening!! Will I be back? Well I would love to say yes..... any special offers Grand Palladium for our 10th visit?!?

Visited with with and 12/ 6 year old children. Good points Beautiful hotel in a natural environment. Great beach and pool. Plenty of bars serving quality drinks and well make cocktails. Interesting wildlife-agouti, monkeys as well as 2 flamingo lakes, fish in abundance and a crocodile enclousre. Outstanding staff. They couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds on around pool and beach. With a family of 4, it didn't matter when we arrived, we found sunbeds with a mixture of sun and shade together. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Our favourites were the tappanyaki and teak restaurants. Only once did we have to wait more then 15mins for a table. The buffet restaurants are also available and are excellent for breakfast and lunch. There are 2 in the hotel, one by the pool and one on the beach. All inclusive mini bar. It's a small thing but I hate all inclusive hotels that charge for using the mini bar in your room. It was well stocked and always filled up. Activites-not stop if you want. There are the usual fitness and yoga classes as well as paddle boards, kayaks and wind surf boards included. There are also surf and sailing lessons available. The sea. OMG it was so warm and shallow enough for even nervous swimmers. Very little seaweed this year but bring reef shoes as there is a small reef to walk across when getting in the water. Evening shows are of a high standard performed by professionals. Bad point Only one issue. The food in the al la Carte restaurants was generally not hot. This a real shame as the quality was decent but how hard is it to serve hot food! To an extent, this spoilt the evening meals as the restaurants were beautiful as was the service. If they get this right, this would be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I would love to score this hotel 5/5 but can't until the food temperature is sorted out.
