The wait time for any service at the desk exceeds 30 minutes every time. Almost impossible to get bottled water as they don’t stock your fridge as promised. Reservations in restaurants are almost impossible to get and your stuck eating cold buffet food. Tub didn’t drain properly and room was rarely cleaned and when they did they took dirty towel and did not replace them. Noting open after 11pm to eat. Pools close early at 8. Beach was full of seaweed and smelled horrible. Could not even use the balcony due to the offensive smell.

Be sure to go see Hector at the end of the beach in the white tent for an amazing massage. He and his crew will offer massages at the resort beach, and they are so legit. He is nothing short of professional and kind. My husband and I each had two massages and our 14 year old daughter had one. Both the male and female therapists are great. With the ocean breeze and under their lovely tent, you will have died and gone to heaven. Their prices are MORE than fair. They accept cash and credit. Don't miss out! Thank you, Hector and Manipura Spa, for your kindness and professionalism! You made our paradise vacation even better!

Came here with 3 other people for my 32nd birthday and the experience made me never want to come back. First off, no one told us we had to schedule our covid test and dinner reservations ASAP. By the time we tried it was all booked up. My room’s screen door was broken the minute I walked in. There was a dead moth in the floor that house keeping never cleaned. This is the only all inclusive resort I’ve been to that charges you for room service and the food seem to always stay at a warm temperature- even the milk and juices for breakfast. I’m skeptical if they’re properly refrigerating their food. I got sick from either the food or the alcohol (I didn’t drink a lot and I can hold my liquor ) on the last night . The floaties given has a hole in it. My friend had her ac serviced twice and it was still damp and muggy in her room. Their pillows smelled like sweat like no one changed it . The best thing about the resort was the pool because the beaches were dirty

My family and I stayed at the resort for a whole week and every time we went to the bar Jorge was amazing. He was kind and fun and always made amazing drinks. He gave us drink recommendations and surprised us when we didn’t know what we wanted. He made fun conversation and always greeted us with a smile. He truly is one of a kind.

Went with my two young daughters and we had a wonderful time, my youngest loved the kids club, you have to walk A LOT here, like 5 miles a day to get around to stuff, but there is so much food that you need to. My kids loved the piñata night and the special breakfast on the beach. Mom (me) loved the quiet pool. The beach does have a lot of seaweed, they try to keep it clean, but its just overpowering, if you REALLY want to be on the beach instead of large pools look to another coast. They can't help it, its nature.
