Dirty, old, sloppy... the bathtub with hairs, the sheets equally and surely with years and years of use, the furniture of the year of the broth and the lamps and plugs with false contact.
The floor stave raised, the bathroom stained.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel. I stayed drink my recent trip to México for the first time and very limited on Spanish. The staff was absolutely welcoming, polite, and outgoing to ensure a extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are kept extraordinarily clean and well modernized. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area and can’t wait to return.

Stayed 1 night due to business. Hotel is okay but walls are too thin, so you hear everything from your neighbors. One of them arrived at midnight with a heavy party so forget to get a nice rest. A nice think is that the hotel is within a shopping mall.

My wife and I stay at this hotel past October for a family convention, an let me say that is not worth it. I´ll start with the few pro:
Pro
This hotel is attached to a mall that is pretty decent with good options of places to eat, the mall also have cinemas if you get bored. This hotel has a pool that seems nice and clean 8 a little bit cold for me. the rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet, the bathroom was clean but just a bathroom nothing else, pretty decent AC in the room for the heat that was outside.
Cons
Where do I start; rude staff (reception, lobby bar, restaurant and in general) they don´t know any of anything and they are always busy and mad; the heat on the lobby was unbearable and really uncomfortable and let me say they had a lot o flies in it and at the lobby bar, you can´t drink or stay in peace in it; The heat at the elevators as well was to much and the device to access with your key to your floor in one of them did not work (so that much for security); the breakfast buffet at the restaurant is uneatable; when we arrive at our room there was not a work chair we have to ask for one; bad and slow free wifi internet.
Those are some of the bad things that we were aware during our stay, we will not return to this hotel in our future stays at Torreon, and don´t recommend it to any one.

A modern American-style high-rise hotel with lots of marble. A perfectly fine place to sleep on your way to someplace else. Conveniently located in a shopping center just off the highway. Be prepared to eat your money's worth at their huge fixed-price breakfast buffet.

THIS HOTEL FAILS IN EVERY POSSILE ASPECT ,ITS NOISY AS HELL ,
There is a concert venue on the other side of the highway ,its like their in your room ,regular shows till 3 am my god what a hole ,no hot water showers are cold ,doors that slam all night and the walls shake .Asked staff for change of room as you do and reply was basically go away , you get nothing for your hard earned money except the finger
