My daughter booked a room directly with the hotel for two nights as she was getting married in a venue nearby. She and her fiancé arrived late on a Thursday night around 9:00 pm and were told they have no reservation confirmed. They had to look for a room late that night in another hotel. Valle de Bravo is not...

I'm astounded that this hotel is receiving less than 5 stars from others. I've been in the travel industry for over 25 years and always have huge expectations in all of the properties I stay in. However, being a global traveler has given me the education to understand that accommodations vary country to country, town to town, etc. We were...

Guys c´mon just because the hotel doesnt have amenities or is small doesnt mean that is "boutique". It´s literraly a rip off. Its old, smells, everything its outdated, except for the bathrooms. Don´t go. Its noisy and very bad managed. Trust me.

First of all, in my dictionary, "boutique" hotel means that you pay more for pampering and a fun and relaxing experience, and this hotel is nothing of that. Starting with the reservation process. After making a reservation via internet, and they try to contact you form confirmation, you better be available, because if not, when you call them back to...

A few friends and I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night in June 2015. We really liked the hotel's location, the staff was great and we were happy with the quality of our room - although it is more of a bed and breakfast than a boutique hotel. We did feel the same as some other reviewers, that...

This hotel has a nice view of the lake and rooms that are OK, but is definitely overpriced and amateurly run. Some of the major flaws: - There was no hot water to shower at 9:00am on a Sunday (!!) - Wifi in the rooms is poor and spotty - Poorly installed sink made water from sink to fall on...

The hotel it’s nice and well located and the room has a very nice view of the lake. The service it´s very good and they offer a very good and complete breakfast that is included in the room rate. Overall, I had a good experience but I was disappointed as I expected more for what I paid. I must say...

We spent a week at Danzaluna. The staff was phenomenal! The location was ideal for walking around the city. We did not rent a car. Every morning the staff prepared a delicious breakfast including both American and local favorites. You could not beat the view. The owner was so terrific he offered to take us out on his own boat...

I booked DanzaLuna as it was the closest hotel to a friend's wedding in Valle de Bravo. Having visited Valle de Bravo many times, I new that I was to expect a rustic small town hotel. Upon arrival, I could sense that the hotel's reception staff are not trained in proper hospitality. They greeted me and my wife in a...

We wanted to go away for the weekend to Valle de Bravo and saw a nice website of this hotel. Well, that is basically the only nice thing: their website. The hotel is in a hard to find spot of Valle de Bravo. It is a very small hotel with few rooms. The rooms itself don't 'look' too bad. They...
