What a lovely little hotel! Centrally located and reasonably priced. We had a superior king room, with a little balcony overlooking the surprisingly quiet street. Nice staff, five minute stroll to the center. I would happily stay here again

Loved my short stay in this quaint and peaceful hotel. Hidden, clean, staff super helpful and courteous, and the food was tasty. It's located 2 blocks from the Main Square (zócalo), the streets are safe and clean, and there is a marvelous cafe around the corner where one can work comfortably. I was a bit my first night so I...

I booked on booking.com (which no longer seems to be possible) and the only option was a suite. Thinking that the standard rooms were sold out, I went ahead. The suite was just a large, rather bare room, with a table but no armchairs, overpriced in my view. I seemed to be the only person staying at the hotel, so...

I was very excited to take my mom (wheelchair), grandaunt and daughter to the hotel based in the great review. Called in and confirmed we were arriving tonight for 2 rooms, worked out the bed details and everything was great. 2 hours later I got a call and the manager began talking about how the public works in front of...

This hotel is located a short distance from the main plaza of Tlaxcala. It is reasonably priced and clean. The beds are fine, but a bit on the hard side, and the pillows lumpy. We were there during a cold time in February, and the room (which like most in Mexico has no central heating) was cool, so be prepared...

My wife & I spent 3 nights in a beautifully furnished, large room with a small balcony. The furnishings & the hotel are very colorful. Our stay was very pleasant; the staff is professional & helpful starting with Don Julio who took our bags upon arrival. The hotel is quiet except at 8 AM when the Federal police next door...

This is a solid hotel with large clean rooms. The staff was helpful and assisted us with directions/taxis. Quiet location near the center of town. Nice common area and rooftop patio. We did not eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on the quality of the food.

While we had some issues the first time we stayed here, we decided to give it a second chance. We were given a fantastic room on the upper floor. Nice, king size bed, great hot shower, all the amenities were good. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this place from the photos, and it pretty much lived up to my hopes; unfortunately, we could stay only one night, but we hope to return. We stayed on the second floor, looking out on the lush, fantastic courtyard; there was also a Juliet balcony over the street. The room had personality. The shower was...

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had a very hard bed for my first few days, but when I had come back a week later, they had replaced the mattress with a very nice pillow top. They were very accommodating. The hotel itself was just lovely, with a nice rooftop area to relax and enjoy the...
