If you want to travel in time to the colonial time, this is your hotel! Awful bathroom, old and a kind of dirty, no A/C in the room wit 35°C at night, an old fan, an old decoration, no windows shield, etc... The lunch buffet at the restaurant was expensive and not good at all. There is another colonial options...

Hacienda Vista Hermosa is a wonderful place to escape urban Mexico City. It is great for kids; he pool is the best, perfectly heated, and the service at the pool was very good. The Hacienda's grounds are beautiful and a true joy to explore. The rooms can get a little hot, and I wish they advertised their horseback riding a...

Spent the weekend of March 27th in this lovely establishment. Built in the 1500's, it's amazing to see it is still so lovely. We stayed in one of the villas with a small private swimming pool, which was in dire need of some Swimming Pool Maintenance 101. The main swimming pool area is spectacular, and laying on the lounge chairs...

We visited this hotel as part of a group tour. The hotel is close to a nice lake and the grounds are beautiful. The room was large and comfortable with the exception of no a/c. We kept all of the windows open and ran the fan but the room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout the night. If you are sensitive to...

Every room of this estate is different. Our's was like a medieval monastery. There are also a lot of historical items all a round the estate. Beds are comfortable, bathroom warm and clean, the room has historical furniture and paintings. The restaurant does not have a large menu, but the breakfast is good. The pool area is amazing. You can...

I have never lodged or eaten here, I visit regularly to admire the estate and for cocktails. The grounds themselves are awesome, there are tons of cools things to see. My family especially likes the horse/rodeo ring and the hidden tunnel and bar. A great place to wander with a beer and admire.

The hotel is now fashioning weddings every weekend, the music couldn't be louder started around 10pm and finished around 6am, the music was so loud that made the door and windows shake in the rooms. My wife and I went for a relax weekend, but came back much mud stressed than when we arrived. Additionally they have a very nice...

This property was built in the 1500's by Cortez as his home and headquarters. Amazingly much of it is still intact. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers to offset the stark contrast with the grey of the rock in the massive walls. This was built in the style of both a castle and fortress of the times....

The hotel grounds and rooms are very well maintained, we stayed in one of the little villas on the NW part of the hotel and had access to our own pool (which was fun), amenities are not the strong suite but they were enough. The main pool is majestic, pristine water and an amazing depth (+9ft) make it the best...

The hotel grounds are beautiful, but the room was awful. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have our hotels.com reservation. We were required to wait over an hour for them to figure out that we actually had a reservation even after being presented with the reservation email numerous times. The hotel sold the room that we booked and sent us...
