This B&B is spectacular! We didn't expect to visit Patzcuaro and luckily Casa Werma had a room for us. Upon opening the gates, a hidden gem was discovered! The gardens are beautiful, rooms spotless and spacious! Eve and Chris are wonderful hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the town and surrounding areas. Breakfast was simply delicious! This little town...

Catching up on my reviews here. Hands down the best B&B I have ever stayed in. From every angle. Sweet town, beautiful property (magical and powerful), great and fun owners, great services, sweet rooms, impeccable yard work! and calm calm calm. We were not confined to our rooms at all, the whole time we were free to roam their huge...

We have stayed in B7B's all over Europe, the US, and Mexico but never have stayed in one as nice as this. Casa Werma is a five acrea oasis right in the middle of Patzcuaro and only 5 blocks from the main plaza. The entire five acres consists of gorgeous gardens, trees, places to meditate, and is absolutely gorgeous and...

Stayed 2 nights in the Casa Grande... wonderful! Beautiful gardens, soothing fountains. The house is wonderfully comfortable, and you can sense the peace. Close to all the best of Patzcuaro walking, my dog was welcomed, and every morning a wonderful breakfast. What more could you ask for! We'll be back! Thanks so much.

From what we read here, we had high expectations of Casa Werma. This is not always a good thing since it's too easy to be let down. On the contrary, once we arrived we were staggered by the beauty and care with which this place is run from beginning to end. Our hostess Christina was more than accommodating in every...

What an amazingly wonderful place this is just two blocks away from the central market and the centro historico of Pátzcuaro. The grounds and gardens are peaceful, tranquil and filled with beautiful trees, plants and colorful flowers. My bedroom in the main casa was exceptional and the casa is a beautiful example of Mexican architecture, furnished with terrific pieces of...

From my journal of my Mexico travels: Walking through the big green door on Calle Libertad with the number 80 on it is like stepping through the wardrobe door into Narnia. This is Casa Werma in Patzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico. The streets outside are distinctly monotoned, brownish-grey, streets of pebble and dust. The streets are lined with storefronts- papeleria (paper store),...

I've discovered a new Bed and Breakfast in Patzcuaro, Mexico that is so special I'm almost reluctant to give up its secrets! I must reveal that I relished each and every day at Casa Werma, a 5-acre paradise nestled within the heart of Patzcuaro, a lovely, vibrant mountain town in the Southern State of Michoacan. I visited in March during...
