I went to fish with friends who had been going to San Quintin for many years. They stayed at Jardines because I was a woman and thought I'd like a nice place. They were absolutely correct! It is beautifully landscaped, it now has airconditioning as well. From what I understand-this is also the only hotel where you can actually flush... More

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of Baja. It is located well off themain PAVED road, on a secondary dirt road. The grounds are magnificent, the rooms are spaceous, and they have one family room with three double beds. This is well worth the stop for travelers going along the Baja. And thery own the restaurant next door... More

Always our first stop when we arrive in Baja and our last stop before we leave Mexico. We have stayed in several different rooms over the years and each has been clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are professional and welcoming and we would not stay anywhere else in this area thanks to the lovely property and wonderful owners.

This is a small hotel off the main drag (hwy 1). The price is reasonable, it is very clean, staff is great, and they have a very nice restaurant next door, with bar. Many hotels will have poor/bad restaurant, near by Hotel Mision Santa Maria is an example.

Located beside agricultural fields, a short distance from the Transpeninsular Highway, this hotel is jewel. The garden is beautiful, with tables outside to enjoy the plants and birds that come to visit, and rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant on the premises is one of the best we've visited in Baja California, and very reasonably priced. We've stayed here... More

We've stayed at this place a few times now. Never a disappointment. There's a bar and restaurant just across the yard. The botanicals are amazing..from flowers to fruit orchards....grounds are so well kept. Rooms are clean, clean. Staff friendly and helpful. It's our "must reach" destination going to and fro southern Baja. Only downfall is the lack of prominent signage coming... More

We stay here everytime we travel to and from the Baja. We love the gardens, the rooms are clean, restful and quiet. The showers are hot and the water pressure is great - which is really appreciated after a long drive. And we really appreciate that they take dogs. Our dog has a great place to walk among the gardens... More

No, it's not on the beach, there's no pool, it's on a dirt road and it is the best hotel ever! This is a simple, super clean hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and fruit trees. The owners and staff make you feel welcome and are very accommodating. Don't look for a spa, terry cloth robes and valet parking, but if... More

Once you find this place its worth it . It really is not in San Quintin at all. It is 3 miles south of Lazaro Cárdenas . Jardines is clean, comfortable and priced right. Restaurant is very good ! Try The chocolata clams. Great stop over driving the Baja!

What a charming oasis. It IS HARD to find--but worth the effort. The staff is friendly and caring, the rooms spacious and clean. And their gardens are truly beautiful. We stayed with our two large labrador retrievers twice and enjoyed the stay both times. I highly recommend this hotel!
