Stayed here while my daughter & her team played ball. It wasn't the most pleasant stay. There was a water advisory( not the hotels fault) the hotel was renovating the carpet, and it stunk! Opened the pull out couch, sheets were yellow!! Poolside room was noisy & humid as heck! Can't say I'd stay there again!

The young woman who worked the front desk was incredibly friendly and sweet. It made us feel welcome upon arrival. There is an extremely strong smell of smoke in the hallways, but our room was satisfactory. We were pleased with the fridge and microwave included. There was an empty glass from a previous guest under the bedskirt, but the room... More

Got there after 5 hrs of driving and had booked poolside room then it wasn't available except for a extra charge yea right. Then when I get there I find out the whole place is under renovations so there is drywall dust everywhere and drywall littering all the halls but no discount what a joke . Also rotten milk left... We chose this hotel because our grandson loves waterslides. When we got to the pool area the waterslides weren't turned on so we went to the front desk and asked if we could have them started. The fellow told us that they are only used on the weekend when lifeguards are there ( although there is a LARGE permanent sign... More

I stopped at this hotelevel at the request of the group I was carrying in the motor coach I was operating. They were a sports team that had previously made reservations. It took about 45 minutes for the group to be given the keys for their rooms (about 10 rooms). Two of people came back to the desk because the... More

Went here for NYE with family. Room was clean, beds were fine. Rooms are starting to show their age, but they are updating as needed. Beds, TV, shower were fine. We had a pool side room which was nice. Could sit on a little patio on the front of our room and watch the kids waterslide. Breakfast at Smitty's was... More

Not worth the money. Came for the pool and hot tub, hot tub was broken. Beds were hard and sunken in. Usually I am happy with just a bed to sleep in... But I will never stay here again. Way over priced for what you get.

Standard and typical rooms, avg value. Located right along highway. Didn't dine or swim but the pool looked nice. Was not a destination but I understand they offer winter packages for the nearby ski hill.

We were on our way home from a business trip and had to stop in the Battefords as we couldn't stand being on the road any longer. This hotel is right next to the highway through town so it was good enough. The hotel is old and dated but is still maintained in the best possible shape it can be.... More

We stayed at the Tropical Inn in July 2015. When we checked in we were give a room with a sky-light. It is blinding bright and very hot. Given the late sunsets and early sunrises, we trekked back downstairs to switch rooms. We were then given room 236, which was way and gone down the hallways on the second floor.... More
