Loved the Auberge. The hosts and owners, Patricia an John were delightful. The dining superb. Highly recommend the table d'hote. Three courses beautifully presented...the taste...phenomenal. Couldn't ask for a friendlier place to stay. We will certainly return.

If you are in the Eastern Townships for any reason, this would be a wonderful place to stay. Sutton itself is a charming town with many delightful shops and some great places to eat and drink, certainly one of the nicest towns in the area. This hotel is situated just up the hill from town, making it a great place... More

We stopped for a night stay during a bicycle tour of the Eastern Townships. Everything that was necessary for our stay was in place or an accommodation was made. The room was basic as was the bathroom, commensurate with the price of the lodging. The staff was quite helpful in all ways, pleasant and available - both for the hotel... More

Three guys on a motorcycle trip of the townships. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, the evening meal superb, the fresh blueberry pancakes for the included breakfast were amazing, the exceptionally clean rooms were comfortable and the entire place has a warm and cozy look and feel. The price was exceptional for our entire experience. I would recommend... More

Patricia was the most gracious innkeeper ever. She was right there to welcome us at the front desk, made a reservation for us at a restaurant that evening, and was always warm and friendly. The entire staff was just as "sympathique". The Auberge has a rustic charm combined with up to date, immaculately clean amenities. We live in Vermont, and... More

As a touring motorcyclist I look for "Mom and Pop" places to stay with restaurants within walking distance. The Auberge with its own restaurant fits the bill. It reminds me of an old ski Lodge inside and out. It has a rustic exterior and a very comfortable interior. The sitting area and the dining areas are, indeed, both inviting and... More

We were looking for a place in Sutton for a quiet dinner and spent a beautiful evening eating supper and watching the sunset over the Sutton area. We were pleasantly welcomed and shown the Table d'hôte choices at the entry. The place was quiet and chose our table. Supper was well prepared and tasty. I had the gravlax entrée served... More

We had a great visit in early June. The Inn was quiet due to the season, but the hospitality and food remained top notch. The menu was outstanding and the recommendations to order the local wine (L'Orpailleur) and rabbit sausage were perfect! Our room was clean, well furnished and very private. We'll be back.
