The main building that serves as reception, dining room and spa is a beautiful old building full of antiques. The rooms are clean and spacious but are a bit old fashioned. They are all very calm and face the sea. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and although it was not bad, it's not what you would expect... More

Beautiful old mansion on gorgeous grounds overlooking the sea. I was disappointed that rooms are not actually in the mansion itself, but in motel-like buildings on the property. That said, the rooms were modern, clean, quiet, and in a beautiful setting. The dining room was in the mansion and we had full access to the building, with sunroom, parlor, etc.... More

In Paspebiac, you won't find expensive and fancy hotels. They are all pretty much the same, plane and simple. The reception of the hotel is in this very and beautiful 200 year old house. This is also the place where you can have diner and the food is excellent. The location of the hotel is right center of Paspebiac, close... More

We had heard of "Auberge" from friends who had experienced 6 days of pure delight back in 2008 with the full "thalassotherapie" package. Looking at prices, we hesitated... What if...? Maybe that...? Perhaps...? After all, when an establishment has offered a great package for 30 years in such a small town, isn't it likely to loose some of its prime... More

Landing in Paspebiac for a night there was not a lot of choice for us, especially since we were travelling with our dog. From the second we pulled into the long, well-landscaped driveway, we were pleasantly surprised, and it did not stop until we left the next morning. The main inn, where we checked in, was stunningly beautiful, and loaded... More
